I am a repeat customer

I am a repeat customer. Rep found my record quickly and set up coverage for my upcoming trip. Whole process was just a few minutes, and I quickly got the confirmation email. Document that was sent on coverage was very clear, readable. Thanks.

Thank you for standing by my insurance…

Thank you for standing by my insurance policy. After reading horror stories from others about their in claims I was worried but you guys were extremely fair. It took about a month to go through the process and I had to upload a lot of documents but in the end you honored my policy which was such a relief. When a death interrupts your vacation having insurance was the only positive in the experience. I will always use your company for my travel insurance needs from here on and hopefully I will never need to use it again.

Peace of mind.

Our granddaughter was attending a two week educational program in Europe. Having this coverage in place gave us peace of mind. The purchase process was very easy.

Amazing response and explanation of the policy! I had the quote in front of me before I could take breadth. Then we went over in detail and answered all my questions. Was able to make a decision while on the phone!!

Don't waste your time

After jumping through all the hoops required by Roamright, legitimate claim for a broken toe during a trip to Cancun was never paid. Pretty worthless experience.

Cory calmly talked me through it!!!

Cory calmly talked me through this claim process so I was no longer intimidated by pointing out areas to look at and hints to make this claim easier to understand. He again pointed out what to expect and who to contact and ways to get documents back to their office. A wonderful compassionate man with a great regard for those customers who are first timers making a claim. Thank you so much Cory 😀

Lorie was very helpful!

I was following up on a claim and Lorie was able to give me all the information I needed. She was very professional. This is the type of responsive care that I have received from day one of the horrible medical emergency that we encountered on 4/13/24 while on a Caribbean cruise. Today’s call will probably be the last of many. I’m truly thankful for everyone, every step of the way. I also just renewed my multi trip policy 👍🏼

Assurance of money well spent

The first impression was not good!

The first impression is that they are not worried about costumer satisfaction. My wife and I had a trip cancelled and rescheduled by the travel agent. As we already had bought the insurance with this company they gave us vouchers, but couldn’t use them in full as they informed are individual vouchers besides we paid all together as a couple. Unfortunately we need to accept as they don’t give our money back.
If they are not fair in the small things I’m worried about if we need to open a claim.
I do not recommend that company!
