Great experience using app

Great experience using app. It’s been a while since used and had to reset password, easy to do and good selection of tickets with better prices than other comparable sites.

The gentleman I spoke to helped me immensely. I am a first-time user of Vivid Seats, and he walked me through everything and helped me verify that the buyer had received my tickets. He was so kind, so patient, and so incredibly helpful. Give him a raise! Not everybody would have been patient with my situation

I bought tickets on vivid seats and…

I bought tickets on vivid seats and then the next day I received a text that there was an issue with the tickets. She told me that the seller had not responded to them about selling the tickets and that I had 2 options either a refund plus 10% or find other tickets and that she would help me find them. She was able to find the tickets that were very similar seat wise. She then swapped the tickets and the issue was solved. She was very helpful and she was very friendly. I was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend using vividseats!!

Cubs @ Wrigley

Even though the Cubs got humiliated that match, the experience was still enjoyable. The crowd was good and calm (for the most part) and everything was accessible. Looking forward to see the Cubs not lose here again sometime.

Quick and great service!

The service was nearly flawless. But my only gripe would be is the pricing of these tickets. Especially the processing fees. It’s stupidly expensive.

Always a good experience

I buy a lot of tickets from Vivid Seats and it is always very easy but it would be even better if I could see where the seats are in the row like on Ticketmaster. Whether it is in the row or an aisle seat. That would make our experience even better.

I love this

I love this. Every time I buy my concert tickets or any musical tickets I get a reward. The best part is when you get that discount to see that artist or show you’ve been dying to see.

You don't see hidden fees until…

You don't see hidden fees until checkout but this site still has equivalent pricing compared to other sites and you do get to build up rewards for more tickets.

Poor Communication = missed concert

First let me begin by saying Hozier was amazing... well at least the 40 minutes of the show I did catch. The concert took place at the Gorge in Washington state, and apparently there has been previous issues with road construction that have caused massive delays for people headed to this venue. What should have been a 2.5 hour drive took nearly 7 HOURS. The Gorge sent out an email to ticket holders warning them of these delays so they didn't miss their event. Those of us that purchased through places like Vivid Seats or SeatGeek were left in the dark. Communication about issues with the venue is literally the LEAST you could do especially for what you charge in ticket fees.

I thought I was getting a free ticket

I thought I was getting a free ticket. I got an email saying my next ticket would be my 11th ticket, and that it was free if I ordered within 7 days. It said click to claim it, so I clicked on that to start the purchase of 4 tickets, but had to pay the full price. There was no indication I was getting the free ticket.

Upon collecting 10 stamps, you will receive a credit equivalent to the average amount spent per ticket. This credit can be applied towards a future purchase by using the Vivid Seats app, essentially allowing you to obtain your 11th ticket for free if it falls within that value range.

Disappointed with Vivid Seats

Disappointed with Vivid Seats – Misleading Ticket Information

I recently purchased four tickets for a Tennessee Titans game through Vivid Seats, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. I specifically sorted my search by row to find front row seats, and the website returned tickets listed as row AA, which I believed were front row. However, I ended up receiving four tickets in row Y instead.

When I called Vivid Seats for assistance, I was told that row Y is considered a better seat and that their policy deems it an upgrade. This response was not only disappointing but also infuriating, as my son has difficulty standing to watch the game and I explicitly needed front row seats for his comfort.

Now we are stuck with these row Y tickets that do not meet our needs at all. It's unacceptable that Vivid Seats misrepresented the seating arrangement and failed to provide the tickets I purchased. I expected better service and transparency. I would not recommend using Vivid Seats based on this experience.

The accuracy of our ticket listings is important to us because we know fans often have a specific idea of what they want to buy. In this case, our map of Nissan Stadium accurately shows that the rows run from A through KK—meaning A is the first row rather than AA. Row Y is thus an upgrade over AA because single-letter rows precede double-letter ones. Still, we regret if that was missed and the frustration that resulted. If you no longer want the tickets, a search for the term “fan selling” should turn up sites where you may list them for sale.

Vivid Seats needs to improve process of how to use an existing $ credit.

I have a credit from Vivid Seats from an old ticket for $113.98 but I never find a way to use it upon buying new tickets. You need to make it easier for people to use the existing credit.

The service charge is unreasonably high…

The service charge is unreasonably high to the point that I won't even buy the ticket. I am in Brazil for the Eagles Packers game and granted I am here to see Brazil more than the game, but as an Eagles fan I would like to go. They are charging 95$ service charge PER 270$ ticket, that is unbelievable! Unfortunately, they are the only site selling the tickets, therefore monopolizing the game and therefore they can do whatever they want.
