At 42, Kate Middleton is more radiant than ever. The foundation of her well-being routine? Regular and varied physical activity, combined with a diet with plenty of raw fruits and vegetables throughout the day, and more comforting dishes in the evening.

Kate Middleton's Wellbeing routine

Every day, Kate Middleton starts her day with a run, followed by core exercises. This routine is essential to the well-being of the Duchess of Cambridge, and she occasionally complements it with rowing, swimming, or yoga sessions. To maintain high energy levels, Kate Middleton combines these regular workouts with a healthy diet that is rich in vitamins and free from processed produce. Kate Middleton primarily favors a raw diet, preserving all the nutrients from fruits and vegetables. However, she doesn't compromise on pleasure, as the Duchess of Cambridge revealed to the Daily Express.

What does Kate Middleton eat in a day?

1. Breakfast

The Duchess of Cambridge runs and does core exercises daily and knows the importance of foods rich in vitamins to support these workouts. While some prefer to train on an empty stomach, experts agree that opting for a light breakfast is advisable. Kate chooses oatmeal, an ideal food for energy replenishment as it is rich in iron, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, and easy to digest. The duchess is also known for making her own smoothies. Her favorite recipe includes kale (a diuretic), spirulina (an antioxidant), matcha (an immune booster), spinach (filling), romaine lettuce (a source of fiber) and blueberries (an antioxidant). This delicious blend helps her to maintain healthy skin and a radiant complexion.

2. Lunch

A raw food enthusiast, Kate Middleton has a preference for organic foods, which she often consumes raw for lunch. The benefits of this consumption method are well-known. Eating raw helps preserve the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in fruits and vegetables that can be altered when cooked. One of her favorite recipes is the sweet and savory watermelon salad, mixed with avocado, onion, cucumber, and feta, that recently went viral. ON the side, she will often have vegetable skewers or a lentil curry - the ideal lunch to feel satisfied and energized.

3. Snacks

It's typically raw fruits, vegetables, or a handful of goji berries as a snack for Kate Middleton. As well as these energy-boosting foods, she is also known for snacking on popcorn, which, contrary to what one might think, proves to be a balanced snack, if it is not sprinkled with sugar.

4. Dinner

While the Duchess tends to stick to lighter foods throughout the day, she opts for more traditional (and richer) dishes for her evening meal. She enjoys cooking with her children, making pizzas, pasta, cakes and roast chicken, Prince William's favorite dish. The couple also loves sushi, and Kate Middleton doesn't hesitate to experiment with bold recipes, using exotic fish such as finely sliced wild jack mackerel sashimi. For dessert, Kate Middleton is partial to indulging in a sticky toffee pudding, a typically English treat made from dates and caramel sauce. Finally, Prince William reportedly serves her an occasional small glass of gin and tonic once the children are asleep.
