Bellows Falls man dies following Route 5 crash

WESTMINSTER, Vt. (WCAX) - A Bellows Falls man has died from his injuries following a crash over the weekend in Westminster.
Vermont State Police say Hugh Haggerty, 87, crashed into a building located on Route 5 at around 9:00 a.m. Saturday. He was taken to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center where he later died.
Police say the investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
