Oliver Heating And Air

I called Oliver Heating and Air on Thursday afternoon because our very old heating & AC system was not getting cold. They said that they were busy and I might have to wait until Monday to have my system repaired. They offered to refer me to another company that may get to me sooner but I had outstanding service from Oliver on two previous occasions and would prefer to deal with them on Monday.
Saturday morning they showed up to look at our system, found the problem and fixed it immediately. They then presented me a bill which I felt was very unfair -- to them!
How can you complain about very fast response, friendly people that know their business, and a price that is beyond fair to the customer.

The wonderful Oliver team were able to do the installation a week later from the initial estimate. They researched my obscure air conditioning unit, they were able to roll with some difficult documentation, made adjustments as needed, and were able to solve problems on the fly.

Professional, it might sound like an basic requirement, but it entails various facets that we most definitely notice when not there. They knew their craft well as professionals and were able to solve problems because of that knowledge base. They did the job efficiently; I felt like every second wasn't wasted and they were able to finish the job at a high quality with in the quoted time.

I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, everything was explained, they walked through the installation, everything seemed of high caliber. Granted, this is right after the installation, but everything is working as intended.

I have another A/C unit that I'll probably come back to this company for since it was so seamless.

Oliver Heating and Air. This Company has a great attention to detail, great customer explanation of every step with no hidden added cost. My wife and I were treated with respect and where given the opportunity to ask questions. After they walked through our house and gave us an answer to all our questions we had an estimate the next day. My wife and I were very impressed with how clean Oliver Heating and Air Company was at our house. Our new system is now up and running with no issues! We recommend that if you are even just thinking about repairing or replacing and even upgrading! I have to say GIVE THEM A CALL you will not regret you did!! My wife and I are very happy!!

Wow impressed with Oliver heating and Air. I interviewed Vinnie on the phone for my rental in Castro Valley about installing a new system. Not only could he do the job quickly the price was cheaper than all other quotes. I live in Auburn, Ca area so he dealt with my tenants and they also were impressed with he installation job and professionalism. Done in two days right on schedule. Also a husband and wife team which I am always willing to support small businesses. Thanks again for a great job.

Vinny is one of the most honest guy's that you will ever deal with! PERIOD! No upselling of parts that may go out, or look like they are old.
If you want an honest repair at a great price you need to use Oliver Heating and Air. He came out our house to look at our thermostat, that we paid for another company that does our servicing, which was just done, and the batteries in it were rotting caused the board to fail. The other company said $500 for the thermostat. We PAID for a service contract that is supposed to check these things (never done). I will use Vinny for ALL my AC and heat maintenance from this point forward!
