We had a bad clogging issue in the kitchen sink. Edward came to rescue，brought this industrial grade snaking machine to plumb down the clogged drain inside the wall successfully。We were feeling lucky indeed。Also, he fixed other minor issue i had in the kitchen sink pipe leaking issue。Overall we were quite satisfied with his service。Thank you again, Edward.

We highly recommend #1 Honest Plumber. Ed and his team are awesome, kind, professional and knowledgeable! Ed has come out after hours for plumbing emergencies, and his team members have come during daytime hours to redo toilet seals, replace rusted bathroom sink drains and replace our kitchen sink faucet. Their work always exceeded our expectations.

Most recently, they did a much larger job replacing our 60-year-old degraded iron drainage pipes to the main with 4" ABS including a two-way cleanout and a city cleanout. They did a fantastic job, fixed other drainage issues in the process, and all for a really good price! I am especially grateful that Ed knows how to work with the city to get the necessary permits and inspections in a timely fashion. It was a 4-day job and Ed and his guys were easy to talk to, accommodating to our needs, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We will absolutely continue to use Ed and his team at #1 Honest Plumber!

Ed and his team worked quickly and professionally to replace our tree-damaged (cracked and blocked) sewer main that was turning our front yard into a swamp. They added a city clean out and a 2-way building clean out, doing all the necessary permit work with the city.

Thanks to Ed's immediate response to our situation, we didn't have to worry about the rainy January turning the inside of our home wet and gross as well.
He unblocked our sewer main within a day (to keep our household of 4 going), then took the time to assess and communicate the situation, giving us *honest* options on how to move forward.

We decided on a full replacement to have that peace of mind. To get the job done, Ed and his team worked between bouts of rain (and the other jobs they had to handle) to dig the necessary holes for the pipe burst machine (including quite a bit of hand-digging under our house to reach the ABS pipe). Ed handled everything, communicated well, and left our home & front yard with barely noticeable signs there had been any work done at all. We have some new grass to grow and a few rose bushes to plant, and that's it!

Had a problem with the water pressure in our shower so I requested a quote and Eddie got back to me on a phone call. He was very thorough in enumerating all the likely causes of the problem (old shower head or faulty diverter), and scheduled George to help us take a look at it.

On the day of the scheduled visit, George quickly replaced the old shower head with the new one I purchased beforehand, which immediately fixed the water pressure issue. He also offered good advice about what the process to replace the diverter would be like if we wanted to take that path later on. Great service and I'll be back again if there's anything I need in the future.

Eddy responded right away and gave me clear, up-front pricing (not all of them do that--one, in particular wanted $39 to give me a price estimate!). Laid out the options for price if he came out immediately or if we wait until morning; all the prices were reasonable. He came out when he said he would. Job turned out to be a little difficult (because my sewer line is very long) but he knows what he is doing and has a 150-foot drain snake (most companies carry a 100-foot at most).

Ed was awesome. I had a clog and a few drains backing up with water. Made the call at 8 AM and Ed and his team were here by 9. They quickly diagnosed the situation and explained the different possibilities that could be causing the issue.

After explaining a lower cost / lower probability option and a higher cost / higher likelihood of success option, they continued to investigate and ended up identifying a 3rd option, that was fast and cheaper than both the other options provided. They made the fix, stayed to confirm everything was working and done within 30-45 minutes.

It's so refreshing to work with Ed, who was professional, honest, takes pride in his work and operates with integrity. If I run into any issues down the road, I'll definitely contact Ed first!

I had an issue with my main line to the street for many years and have used multiple plumbing services with poor results. Ed at Honest plumber has really been the only one I can trust. Ed was very professional and courteous. ED and his team replaced my main line and put a clean out in at the street side. They were quick and efficient. You could not ask for a better plumber. I would recommend Honest Plumber every time.

Eddie and George have been out to our house a couple times already clearing drains and being generally amazing. They are direct, on time, and really kind.
