24-7 Rooter & Plumbing

We called 24-7 Rooter & Plumber before for minor clogs in our unit but this was the first time that we called them for something major. One of the laundry rooms in our building's common area completely flooded the second floor of our building and through to the ground floor commercial unit. We called them to get an emergency plumber onsite ASAP. The plumber identified the issue and afterwards we met with another team to perform a complete remediation. They were highly professional, prompt and patient. They provided me with important details that helped us understand the underlying causes, etc. I was impressed with their modern equipment and completely thorough process and documentation.

The process was not without stress but I was happy with their work overall. Highly recommend.

24-7 Rooter & Plumbing was readily available and handled my needs with urgency and scheduled a technician immediately.

I have a European style toilet and they were able to understand the workings around it.

The technicians were very professional made sure to put shoe covers over their boots before they entered my home.

Overall, I rate my experience a 10/10!

They answer the phone 24-7. This does not mean they will actually provide you a service 24-7.

Called at 11pm for a toilet that wouldn't stop filling up (albeit slowly), and risked overflowing/flooding our bathroom. Spoke to Shelby (who was lovely; this review has nothing to do with her), who explained they'd get a call out, I should be contacted by a plumber in roughly 45min to an hour.

No call.

Call back at 12:30am. Shelby again. Apologetic, sends the request out again, emphasizes that it's urgent.

No call.

2:30am, exhausted, freaked out about our toilet, frustrated by the lack of response, we call again. We get Nia. Same drill. Asked to clarify what a realistic timeline should be, just in case we misunderstood something earlier. "Well, you would typically get a phone call about an hour later."

THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, we never received a phone call. Nothing. We gave you two phone numbers and plenty of time. I think we were more than patient. So now, if we're lucky, we will be taking naps, waking every other hour to go drain a toilet bowl, and calling a professional, RELIABLE plumber first thing in the morning, but honestly, I doubt I can sleep at this point. You didn't just waste our time, you messed with our sleep. Do you know how hard it is to recover from what is essentially an "all-nighter"?! Unforgivable, and unprofessional.

And please, spare me your nonsense copy-and-paste apology. It means absolutely nothing. You can't give me my time back. You can't magically free up my schedule so we can get that sleep back. I doubt I'll even nap, I'm probably looking at staying up all night until 8am when I can call someone else. I am sleep-deprived, cranky, and salty as hell at this point. The only thing I can do is tell people to go ANYWHERE else. You lie about the services you provide, and people need to know that.

I hope you step on Lego bricks barefoot every day for eternity.

Rather than trying to sell me for something that I might need they were honest with me about what the situation would look like, which is what I appreciate. You know that a place is good when they would rather be honest and help you save money to make money themselves, I couldn't recommend this place more. They care for their clients and potential clients

HIGHWAY ROBBERY! i was charged over $500 for a 25 minute job to replace / install Delta spring and seals for (leaking shower faucet) and get water running normally. I now learned how to do this JOB MYSELF WITH A $6 part from amazon. I felt like I got RIP OFF and was being treated like I am an idiot, dummy and stupid in this whole process.

Mike worked on bathroom this evening excellent service and on time.
This company is the best.

I was so pleased by the absolutely professional service I received from Juan along with the entire team at 24-7. I requested service late on Sunday night via the internet and being in a rush called early Monday morning. Not only did I get an immediate appointment booked when I called, I received a follow up from my internet request and a call from the answering service from a call Sunday where I hadn't even left a message. Juan was able to quickly determine and explain that I did need a new hot water heater (what I had expected since in was almost 20 years old). I told him that I absolutely needed to be out of the house by 3 he said it would be done by 2 pm. He most certainly is a man of his word. He was done and cleaned up by 1:30, so I even had time for a hot shower. I will most certainly return to them for future plumbing needs.

I called to get an estimate to replacing old gas pipe. I was able to get an appointment for today at 2pm. It was great that they sent me a photo of technician Juan Govea. So I know who to expect, great security feature. Juan was on time. He was very pleasant and soft spoken. He check and inspected the connection of gas pipes beneath my house. He is very knowledgeable and patiently explained what needs to be done. Also, what type of pipes will be use to replace the old pipes. Juan went over the cost estimate. Over all I am very satisfied with his service. I didn't feel any pressure from Juan. As for the price seem reasonable. But like anything else need to get another estimate to compare. I would recommend this company because they where very pleasant and Courteous and the Technician is very Knowledgeable and professional

We had water leaking through the walls in our bathroom of the house we just purchased. It was a nightmare and not something brought up on inspection. We called for emergency plumbing at 7:30 PM and were told a tech would be out between 10 and 11 PM. We were not even moved in yet so we sat in an empty house for hours waiting for a plumber that never showed up. It was extremely frustrating. I called and the operator claimed the plumber tried calling but I had no missed calls and had been waiting by the phone.

Mike responded fast and handled my clogged shower drain. Great experience.
