Got scammed.. Also read the other 1 star review on google.. clearly one of the employees are delusional and or forgetful but refuses to acknowledge something they did wrong. I also have a dash cam which shows me parking.. my own car at the spot he directed to.

Drove in at around 12pm on a Tuesday.. Parked in many parking garage already in the past.

Ticket at kiosk before entering structure. (Paper)

Goes in and one of the works points at a spot so I park into it. He asked me to give him my ticket (the one from the kiosk). Then he says "leave the keys in the car" so I get out and say "ok is that it?" He goes "how long are you going to park here? me: 20-40 mins" And hes like ok go so I leave.

I get back and try to pay for the parking and the guy asked for my ticket receipt. Well I don't have it because I never got one.. And so charged max price for the ticket 25$ for like 45 minutes..

Back and forth with cashier "How did you not get a ticket we wouldn't have parked your car otherwise?" Well its so strange.. because I parked the car... and I left the keys in the car when the guy asked me to. The ticket receipt is also a massive card thats thick I definitely did not get one.. How can I get a 25$ charge when they have when I entered. Look at the enter and paid time..
It's a piece of paper too not some fob or keycard that's magnetic so it would make sense to charge the max.

What kind of parking garage has a system where a person is responsible for even giving you a charge receipt when every OTHER garage in just takes a ticket and that's the thing you pay to get out with. Maybe just a SF thing.. But here we have a ticket at the kiosk to then hand to someone else to give you a separate ticket???

TLDR Just use any other parking garage in the finical district.. Or I guess make sure you get the ticket. Also there are no instructions for this place which I guess is a no brainer what kind of parking garage has a system like this that would require instructions.

I always park here when I have to go to the city for my job. I like that it is easy to access, clean, and secure. I have always had positive experiences with the staff members, who have never served me without a smile. Every time you go here, you can expect consistently great service from people who seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I would recommend this place.

I've been parking here for over a year now and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. They treat me well each day I drive in. Very polite staff! They take care of my car, and they deliver fast!
The place is clean, well lit and super convenient.
      I highly recommend this place!

Arrived right at 5, lot was not open. Waited 5 minutes, then an employee came out to open it and told me that the parking is not for construction workers. I'm not sure how it's relevant what I do for work because I was driving a Toyota Prius. Parked instead at Spear and Mission.

$2.50 for the first hour or $10 if your within 4 hours! C'mon people this is what I call a steel! Borderline finacial district /SOMA. Free valet service, great customer service and a clean facility. This location is a hidden gem, tricky location to find. It's located on Minna (an alley between Mission and Howard) between 1st and 2nd Street. Early bird gets the worm as this garage gets filled up fairly quickly. Hop, skip and a jump away from AT&T Park and the Ferry Building, many places to eat and drink nearby. This is my go to spot if I'm going to the Giants game as the prices around the park are ridiculous or need to take care of some business.

Price is a little bit better than others. Use this when going to Giant's games...day games that is. Long walk, but good for you. Take an Uber at night.
