721 Filbert Street Parking

Do not patronize. every day is a special event and when you pull into the driveway, they will tell you it's a different higher amount and tell you to take it or leave it. Extremely rude.
Also, they do not honor the parking voucher from Italian American club unless you tell them ahead of time that you have that . How would you have it before you get to the place?

This place is the Worst!!!
The web site says Friday and Saturday open till 1am. My ticket I purchased said 1am. We arrived at 9pm to get to our show early.
at first he told us to park the car anywhere so we did. As we were walk out the man that checked us in said don't park it there park it against the wall. So we I repacked it.
Then as we were leaving he said we close at 1-2. I said the ticket I purchased on line and the sign here says 1am. The man stated that his English wasn't very good and grabbed his phone and typed in his calculator 12. I said but I paid for it till 1am and the sign says 1am. Again he said they closed at 1-2.
We said fine.
Our show didn't start till 10:30 and the headliner didn't get on stage till 11:30. We only got to see about 20 minutes of the person we came to see. Waste of time and money, messed up our night.

We brought our car here for what we thought was just a night out and head back home on Saturday April 1st.

We ended up needing to leave the car overnight, & it was easy to do. What a relief.

This place is located near little Italy in SF. Their location was perfect to be honest. It's seconds from a ton of stuff. We were able to park there, and take really short walks to dinner at Luisa's & see The Roaster Master General, Jeff Ross at Cobb's afterwards. Am awesome night.

After leaving our last stop we decided to stay the night, the guy manning the garage told me, No problem.

We paid our extra fee, which was extremely reasonable, and had to be back by 11 am Saturday, also extremely reasonable.

I'll park my car here again 100%, when I'm in the area.

Scammers!

This parking place wasn't our first choice but because the rest of parking garages were all full around the area, we ended up here.

We paid for 2 hours since it was a quick dinner. I set up a timer for 2 hrs as soon as we paid and left for my dinner reservation. We came back just before our time was up but the incompetent employees blamed us for being late and charged us extra $20.

We were waiting in line to get our cars back and I knew they were gonna pull some shit so I told my man to take a picture of us in the garage with our car to get the timestamp. As we were waiting, the incompetent employee was AGGRESSIVELY reversing someone else's car and almost hit OUR car. If it weren't for the loud gasps from the customers, he would've 100% hit our car.

Anyway, he helped us literally less than a min from when my timer went off and he was like "it's gonna be $20". My bf tried to reason with him nicely saying we've been here and he was like "doesn't matter, we're busy". Hello?? It's like 2 customers before us? We didn't wanna argue and just wanna get our cars so my bf was like "yea we'll pay" and this princess with a bucket of sass was like "of course you'll pay" LMAO we didn't mind paying the scammers but it's the SASS for me.

Thanks for making my night! I had a good laugh with my friends about it. Enjoy the crumbs hehe you know who you are!!

Avoid this place! I rather get my window smashed than let these scammer boys handle my car! :)

SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!' THEY STEAL THINGS FROM YOUR CAR AND MESS UP YOUR CAR!!!! Not to mention they are rude and play dumb. They put my brand new Mercedes on jacks because they said the car wouldn't move. Who knows what else they did. Was missing a few valuable items from my glove box too! Caused my check engine light to turn on. Had the key and everything makes no sense why they would think the car wouldn't move? Then when they tried to prove it to me it worked just fine. They were confused themselves and literally had nothing to say. This place is a SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! Would rather park in the street than trust these losers.

I almost don't want to rate this place well because it's a hidden gem and I want to keep it all to myself!!

Found this spot after a quick Yelp search. We've all heard how parking your car in San Francisco these days can be risky. Break-ins on the rise and so many parking locations are just not safe. We typically park near the Giants stadium and walk up the Embarcadero for Fleet Week but this year we opted to park in North Beach since that's where we generally end our day and fingered we save ourselves the long walk back to the stadium.DT me just say that this place is GREAT! Safe, secure, $30 for the entire day and customer service was really good. I had zero complaints and will absolutely make this my go to every time I'm in SF.

I will never park here again. When I arrived I specifically asked the attendant if I could park for an event down the street, he said yes and charged me extra to stay open until 130am, I got back by 1:15am and everyone was gone and locked. They're liars and schemers. I had to book a last minute hotel and stay overnight when it was supposed to be a quick trip.

A great place turned horrible. I have parked there through the years knowing that my vehicle was taken care of by courteous and careful staff. A day in the city to a Giants game. The past year when dropping off our vehicle the price ranges from $30.00 to $45.00 for the same vehicle. Yesterday my daughter and I dropped off her vehicle at 11:40 a.m. and told a new person who I could not even understand that we would be back around 9:00 p.m. We returned around 8:15 and waited for 10 minutes with no vehicle coming up to the main level. The man walked in and said that her key was not working. My son-in-law had his keys so he left and 10 minutes later returned with the same story. We explained it was impossible. The vehicle had a new battery replaced a year ago and no signs of warning to any other issue. Meanwhile a lady had been waiting to get her car. He left us pulled the car in front of hers and backed it in a space up front. He got out and slammed the door into another persons new Lexus on their passenger side. So unbelievable and disregard for a person's car. We went down with both sets of keys and literally this was dead with no attempt to turn over. He kept blaming it on being a GMC (I guess all GMC Denali's have this issue). He had placed a call to his boss. We are sitting in the vehicle downstairs when a dual cab new truck comes hauling down the ramp at about 25 mph with a white small car behind. The truck slams on the breaks with 4 feet between us. Four guys hop out of the car talking in their language and staring at us. Very uncomfortable. The guy working was in the truck. Needless to say my daughter popped the hood because five guys could not figure that out. As we are watching this show a guy holding a ticket comes down the ramp yelling. We are wondering WTH is going on. He starts screaming and pointing and telling them in not the nicest language what is going on and why is his truck down there with guys leaning on it and jumper cables attached. The "boss" starts talking but you can't understand him either and starts pointing to the three of us. We are afraid at this point that this guy might go sonic and we are trapped with this mess. He ripped out of there after videoing the process and taking pictures (which we totally understand his anger as we would have been enraged). We called AAA and after a 2 hour and 25 minute fiasco he jumped the battery. The guy never completely shut the car off when he parked it and was left in reverse. The guy started getting in my face to the point I felt threatened telling me it was a GMC issue. No its a inconsiderate thug mentality issue who has zero respect for peoples property and does not know how to properly shut off a new vehicle. He literally had shut the three of us along with the AAA gentleman in the lower level. I ran up to see how to get out and that is when he got in my face. Unbelievable. Felt threatened and watched peoples vehicles get dented and used with zero regards. Done with this place. The place through years we never told people about because it was perfection is a thug show.

This is a small lot, but very conveniently located near Washington Square in North Beach. It's completely enclosed and there are attendants so I feel pretty comfortable parking there. The attendants are very nice too.

Awful experience, prior to parking I asked the valet if he felt comfortable driving a Tesla, he said yes. When we arrived he said the Tesla card key was not working and he was unable to park our car. We offered to show him how it worked. He told us he wouldn't give us our Tesla key back until we paid an additional $40. He was aggressive and raising his voice, we felt unsafe so we paid the fee (disputed charge so they never actually got the money though) literally one hour later our valet used the same key card to park our car. We essentially got scammed out of $40 due to his incompetence. Never go here looks like they have done this to other people as well. Jokes on them though we disputed the charge immediately
