This was one of the best service oriented appliance stores I have ever visited. Henry was the salesman, his service was exceptional. I will always visit A-A kitchen whenever I need to purchase a new appliance. Entire process from help selecting an appliance to completing installation was exceptional. Henry was the best!

We bought a fridge and dishwasher in 2021 from A-A. The team was attentive over email, clear about all costs, and sent the best installation team I've ever encountered. (I'm still not sure how they fit the fridge up my stairs!) I'm a big fan of A-A and will start there in the future when it comes to appliance purchases.

I had an amazing experience shopping at AA appliance. Anson introduced different brands of appliances to me and patiently explained all the details, which helped me make up my mind of choosing the most suitable set of appliances. Anson was also very supportive, provided the best price and best customer service. He helped me re-schedule the delivery a couple of times, always picked up my calls and answered all my questions during and after installation, and he was very helpful with my return as well. I highly recommend AA appliance store.

I needed to look for a new oven for my rental property and shopped at Home Depo, Best Buy, and Lowe but none of them had the appliance ready for delivery with a minimum wait between 2-4 weeks. I found AA Kitchen Appliance on Yelp and they are very professional with excellent services. ANDY was so kind and professional. Dealing with a difficult tenant, who refused to wait for delivery within the given time window, I asked AA if possible for me to pick it up from the warehouse myself. Andy helped me to arrange pick up and sent the guy for the installation to the house within hours. The installation was done perfectly and he helped to remove the old oven, install, and test to make sure it is set up and work before he left. My experience from the purchase, pick up of the new oven, to the installation were above and beyond my expectation and got everything done within 24 hours. I am thankful to your great services. Leo at A-A Kitchen Appliance was professional, kind, and very helpful when we bought our new kitchen appliances. He provided information about our back-ordered stove so the electrician could do his job easily and helped arrange the installation because we didn't have a contractor.

We needed to replace our Bosch over the range microwave convection oven which we bought from Sears just four years ago so we went shopping. We went to Airport Appliance, Best Buy, and Home Depot, none of them had what we wanted in stock, and all priced the same, full retail price. AA kitchen was our last stop in our neighborhood and a store that I had good experiences buying from in the past a couple of times. Andy was the one who helped us in the store, he priced the item for us with a 15% discount and with free two days delivery. Two days later, we had our new Bosch convection microwave delivered by two most pleasant helpful workers. Couldn't be happier with our shopping experience overall, and the best price to beat! Just fantastic!

I had a good experience with this neighborhood business. Herman was very helpful but also let me wander around to look on my own. There was never any pressure to buy. I returned a few days later ready to make my purchase. The items I chose were in stock. Sweet! Delivery was on time and carried upstairs by 3 guys who knew what they were doing. No damage done. Neighborhood shop, plenty of selection, a discount on one of the items. Were they the least expensive deal? Maybe not, but they were the least hassle (meaning no hassle) and they had good stock. In my book, there's special value to that.

I am thorn about living a one star reviews, but I am seriously upset right now. A little over a year ago we replaced our 4 year old Samsung with Miele stove (floor model). Was annoyed about needing to replace an awful, but relatively new product, but it is what its. Bought Miele form A-A appliances and the oven didn't ever work right from day one, in a way that is hard to describe - it would warm up, but wouldn't keep temp warm enough, I kept thinking that it was running cold, basically my baking times were easily 1.5x what they should have been. Needed to do a minor repair on starter on one of the burners so finally got a repairman in, $300 part called Ignitor needs to be replaced. Why was I sold a product with a broken part? I feel like I should have let them know, but the problem seemed so weird I kept thinking I am imagining it, or don't know how to use it. Apparently not.

Buying process and everything else (selection, service) were as good as all other reviews said. Maybe we just got very unlucky.

Great experience, good pricing and look for Herman if you fo there....now I just have to wait cause everything is on back order
