Leo at A-A Kitchen Appliance was professional, kind, and very helpful when we bought our new kitchen appliances. He provided information about our back-ordered stove so the electrician could do his job easily and helped arrange the installation because we didn't have a contractor.

I have had some good luck with A-A Kitchen Appliance, and have had some bad luck. After the bad luck I posted an honest, but not very flattering review, recounting the good and the bad, and gave them 1 star.
Well they, Leo specifically, recovered quite nicely and removed a faulty dishwasher I'd purchased from them, and installed a brand new dishwasher. I was happy to have found a local place that made buying and installing and service so easy. Leo there was especially helpful.
However, I recently bought a Bosch dishwasher from A-A, for a tenant, and paid to have A-A install it. A couple of weeks later, the dishwasher shut down and displayed an error code. Since it was a weekend and a tenant was without dishwasher, I had a plumber come to investigate. He found the drain hose had been kinked during installation, cleared it, and suggested that the irreparably kinked hose be replaced, or to expect the dishwasher to clog and shut down again, or perhaps a catastrophic flood.
I called Leo on Monday, sent him a picture of the kinked hose and the plumber's diagnosis, and the runaround began. Even though he still had the original paperwork, including model #, Leo insisted on getting a photo of the serial #, from inside the dishwasher, so he could order a new hose from Bosch. I sent that to him, and then heard nothing. Weeks went by.
I travel a lot and every time I came to town, I'd try Leo again. More weeks would go by, with no contact from Leo. In one conversation, Leo suggested that he arrange a service call, at my expense, even though the dishwasher was only a few months old by that point. I suggested that it wasn't my responsibility to pay for a dishwasher under warranty, that was damaged by A-A installation, and he said he'd "check on that."
Then more silence. I called the other day, again, and I was told that Leo is on vacation, but that the manager would call me back. More silence.

I walked into the "A-A Kitchen Appliance" store - Andy's showroom - at 9:45am on Friday 10/27 to buy a washing machine. My 30+ y.o. Whirlpool's belt had broken and after trying to replace the belt I realized... "dang" just buy a new one! Modern tech features etc. Boy was I right.
FAST FORWARD...
At 2:00pm I was using my new GE washing machine - delivered and installed. I appreciated and was impressed by the service. Andy was informative and knowledgable.

I recently purchased a Bosch washer and dryer from A-A Kitchen Appliance. The price was reasonably better than other vendors. I used their installation contractor. They were excellent. There were several problems related to the electrical outlet. The installers waited until the electrician arrived to install the correct outlet. They were very accommodating to my situation.
