Easy parking, there is a lot to the south, check the hours, and/or call for more info.

I bought a huge fountain from them 15 years ago. The pump finally failed-it happens. Went in with as much info as I could and they still carry the fountain I bought along with pumps, and other accessories to go with. Family run business. Been in So S.F. forever. I can't recommend them enough. Besides fountains they have garden art in All prices ranges and sizes. Garden furniture, bird baths, etc.

Purchased several Statues over time. Always a comfortable experience, so many fountains to listen to.. serene setting, Historical Location, a great spot to just take it all in..Like a Museum without admission charge!

We ordered the renaissance fountain from A Silvestri Co. and are so happy with the quality of the fountain. The owner Sandra is very helpful and really loves what she does. She took the time to talk to me and explain how the process works. The delivery and setup went smooth. Tony and his son really made sure everything was balanced and working. It says a lot about a business that's been around as long as they have. I will continue to support this wonderful business.

Great place with a wide selection of statuaries, fountains, and outdoor items. Sandra was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kept us informed of our delivery status. The crew that set up the fountain were professional, on time, and well worth the delivery charge. Thanks to the whole team!

9/28/17...

I have been more than patient with Sandra at A Silvestri. I purchased 10 large cement pots and one very large fountain. The pots took longer than what I was told to be completed, but I'm ok with that..delays happen with custom orders. The fountain is another story.

I paid in excess of $1000 for the fountain and was told it would stream water like a water fall. The first one took 1 month longer than what I was told to be completed and when installed, the installers told me the factory also owned by Sandra screwed it up by putting the pump in the wrong place causing the water to dribble out. In addition it was suppose to have a stainless steel outlet where the water poured out. It didn't it had a copper one. I asked Sandra to order another one which took 3+ months and once installed wasn't much better and they cracked the base to boot. In addition, the 2nd one had a copper outlet as well. (No Attention to Detail)

I have called them 5 times since, emailed Sandra several times with no action on their part, or on her daughters part or anyone taking messages. Being a local business owner like Sandra, I was doing my best to be patient, but this is beyond my patience and down right horrible customer service.

20 years ago, these guys were a well oiled machine....Today...quite the opposite. They will not get my future business. There customer service is weak at best and they really don't give a sh^t about their customers. If they did, they would have returned my calls and made it right. Since no one has called back or emailed me....well you know the answer!

4/26/18 - Updated Review. Sandra of Silvestri Company has made things right with me. Her timely response and delivery and kindness over the phone to make things right are greatly appreciated and has me feeling much more positive on this business! I would do business there again and understand now how they work and how busy they are.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This company has cancelled my delivery 2 times now. Both times, with NO phone call! I am self employed and had to cancel or change appointments to be home for their projected delivery time (2 different times now). THE DELIVERY HAS NOT HAPPENED! Even though I talked to the owner Sandra who promised I'd be first on the delivery today 4/18/18, I am not even on the list!!!!! I called to confirm their arrival time today, the employee said they cancelled all the deliveries today to my area!!! OMG! They didn't even call me to let me know! I am frustrated and angry!!!! This company has my money and I have nothing other then lost time and work due to their lack of respect for their customers! Good luck getting your merchandise from them!

Excellent fountain company. Best selection and service in the entire Bay Area. Sandra is the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. My family has purchased many fountains from them over the past 30 years and we have not been disappointed. Highly recommend. Well worth driving to their shop to see all of their beautiful inventory.

What a wonderful place,one of a kind we were amazed.purchased a chimenea for our back yard garden area,my fiancé loves to watch the stars during cold crisp nights and look at her beatiful flowers.the customer service was spectacular,working with Sandra and Natalie was such a treat.Thanks Sylvestris now my fiance is warm in her garden on crisp nights you guys are the best we will definatley be back!!!

Yesterday I bought a Pizza Oven from Sandra Silvestri and found the experience more than fabulous. Sandra was extremely helpful and provided several tips on the cooking process including the cooking of a amazing Pork Roast. Thank you for all of your help. I am sure to be back in the Spring of 2016 to purchase a large Fountain.
