I had a clogged sewer line, their service was quick and impeccable! Communication was also great, Mr Khan was very responsive and made sure everything was fixed before he left.

It took years to find an honorable, reliable, and competent plumber. Kahn and his crew put the customer first and he is my plumber for life. I have a simple eichler type home with crazy plumbing compared to other 3 bedroom homes. Kahn ALWAYS knows exactly what the problem is. He shows me the problem and explains it in a way that is clear. I find it very hard these days to find a trustworthy person in most home technicians line of work.
Most people would try to charge you arms and legs for the job just because you don't know how to do it yourself.
Then we discovered Khan and his crews.
Not only he is personable and seems to know what he was doing and also trying to explain to us know nothing peeps as best as one could.
The way he talk to his crews was also very respectful to all of them.

My main water shut off valve was failing. Searching Yelp for a local plumber and came across Aaa Affordable plumbing. I liked that they had a 5 Star rating, but what made me choose this company was reading all of the nice and very positive reviews as to their customer service and workmanship.

When I sent in my request via Yelp for a quote, Yelp also sent my request to 5 other plumbing companies. They all responded quickly via Yelp, however Aaa was the only one that provided a firm quote for parts and labor.

The owner BK is very friendly and has been in the business for 19 years. He was very fast and efficient.

The price was very reasonably. It was a set price and not an hourly rate. He was probably done within 15-20 minutes. I'm happy to be paying for his knowledge and expertise vs. how much the job would have worked out per hour.

I will use his company again and I would also highly recommend his company.

They promptly inspected the problem and scheduled a Sunday morning service. The leak stemmed mainly from tree roots exerting pressure on the pipe, which they promptly repaired. Remarkably, despite having recently fixed the same issue, they didn't charge me. This team has consistently delivered exceptional service, handling various tasks such as replacing my garbage disposal, water heater, and addressing a leaky faucet with precision. Khan does it again. The P-trap to my guest bath corroded and ended up with a huge hole and leak and after messaging Khan he was there the next day to help. He initially replaced the p-trap but warned us that there was a crack higher up in the drain which would leak. After consulting with him we decided to swap out the ugly pedestal sink that came with the house for a much better looking sink with cabinet. We bought the new sink and faucet and Kahn was back the next day to replace the unit. Khan is always fair and honest and gives us fair pricing for the work. I trust him with all my plumbing needs and recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great place. He works clean and makes sure that he leaves with the customer happy. I totally recommend Khan and AAA for all your plumbing needs.

We are so happy with AAA plumbing ! Khan did an amazing job hooking up our kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as garbage disposal. He also helped fix our water heater. I was contacted by my tenants in Fremont that water was spraying out the top of the water heater and there was water leaking on to the garage floor.

Suspecting that the water heater needed to be replaced, I called AAA Plumbing and wanted to make sure a water heater could be installed the same day.

I scheduled an appointment with Bakhtiar Khan later that morning and he showed up punctually on time.

When he turned the water on, we discovered that the copper inlet flex-hose had a crack and was spraying water all over. It was NOT the water heater.

Khan had a replacement stainless steel flex-hose connector in his truck, replaced the broken pipe, re-lit the water heater and was finished in less than an hour.

I was impressed with his promptness, efficient and thorough work, but especially with his honesty and work ethics. Too often, repair service people would take advantage of homeowners and try to up-sell or install replacements when not necessary.

He did mention that if there were any issues with the water heater in the future, it probably should be replaced because of its age. I told him that I would definitely contact him for that!

In addition to his work, Bakhtiar was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His company is a family business with himself and brother and has been in business over ten years....just the type of business I like to support.
