We had a leaky quarter turn valve in our bathroom. BK was able to schedule an appointment the next day, even though it was over the weekend. He came in and quickly fixed the job. He spotted some issues with the emergency shut off valve and recommended upgrading it to a new, easy-to-use one. He also brought to our attention a leak near our meter, which could have come after the smart meter was installed by the county.

BK was punctual and very pleasant to interact with. His quality of work was very good.

Khan came out to help us service a sewer lateral inspection. He was courteous and very professional. Walked us thru the video and explained what's going on and what to expect so we can make a better informed decision.

Thank you so much for saving us at the end of your Saturday work day! We ran into a problem while fixing the connections on our water heater and needed help quick. The Bakhtiar showed up 15 minutes after my call and had us up and running again in less than an hour. With mom stressing that her house is falling apart and slowly getting anxious by the minute I was extremely fortunate to find Fremont Plumbing and Water Heaters. Called at 8:30 am, told them about the situation and the owner, Kahn rearranged their schedule to fit me in the next hour. Unbelievable!

Eddie and his worker came over and we're super friendly, courteous, professional and kept me informed what was being done. I thought it would be a simple "snaking" to clear the clog but ended up having to replace an extremely corroded section of galvanized piping. Ugh! (mom stressing more!) Fortunately, they were able to rearrange their schedule (again) to ensure it could be done today. The job took about 2 hours which I'm extremely impressed and was told they guarantee the work up to a year.

I am EXTREMELY grateful and speechless on how Fremont Plumbing and Water Heaters conduct their business and helping me in a major bind...mom is happy which helps me to relax (Ommm!) knowing all is good.

Our water heater broke down. Khan responded within minutes and came to take a look within an hour - late evening. He picked up a new heater and installed it the next day - at a reasonable price and done in 2 hours. Honest, punctual and efficient. Working with Khan was a great experience.

Another wonderful amazing service!  My parents kitchen sink was leaking on the bottom because of the garbage disposal.  It was very easy to make an appointment, and Bakhtiar arrived early the next morning to check it out.  He knew right away what was wrong.  It was great that Bakhtiar had a new garbage disposal available, so he was able to replace it right away. He also worked really fast to replace the broken garbage disposal.  My parents are now extremely happy that the kitchen sink is no longer clogged.
