AAA On Time Airporter

Great Service if you are looking for Airport shuttle to San Jose from Fremont area.
I booked 1 week in advance, they sent verification code and showed up 10 mins early to pick me up.
After reading many Positive reviews on YELP and GOogle places for fremont airport shuttle, I went for this one and I was not disappointed.
Their prices are also reasonable when compared to many other shuttles. They are professional and I would definitely use them again.

Three stars for being ON TIME. Driver being easy to communicate with and as well as smooth driving could make two more stars, but nah. We made it to the airport anyway, so there's that.

The whole situation was very good. When I called for reservation I was given a confirmation immediately. The driver confirmed the night before. He was a few minutes early and arrived to the airport on time. I called the driver for our return flight.

I would give this business negative stars if I could. Set up a pick-up for 5:30 a.m. to SFO from Fremont, which was confirmed by email. At 5:33 I called the phone number that I, thankfully, had requested. Apparently I woke up the driver, and obviously he was not going to get me to the airport on time!!! Had to make panic parking reservations at long-term lot near the airport. Not a great way to start a trip.

On time. Professional.

One of the only times taking a shuttle that I felt a company took their job seriously.

I will use them again as long as their prices remain the same (i.e fair).

I used them again and the experience wasn't as good. Yes they were on time, BUT.....BUT...the driver almost fell asleep! This is concerning as I had to talk to the driver constantly to keep him awake(!).....and this was during normal working hours.

To be fair, this scary driving style has happened with other shuttle services as well (concerning). These drivers/owners aren't taking their jobs responsibly as they're RISKING the lives of their passengers by taking an extra shuttle call on 3 hours worth of sleep!

MESSAGE TO BUSINESS: Have your drivers get some sleep....it'll save lives, yo!....yours and mine.

After I wrote this review I got more than ten texts from the dispatcher telling me I was a liar and the driver wasn't reading email ---dude I was there and saw him. You weren't. His emails got progressively meaner and so I would never go thru this dispatcher again

It seems like all the cabs have gotten together and hiked their prices to the airport so you will pay $60+ one way. In seattle the shuttle takes one hour and forty minutes to the drop off and cost $40 round trip. Elevated sf Bay Area prices again

After doing some research online, booked with these folks to pick my family and I up from SJC after a late night arrival. The price was very reasonable compared to SuperShuttle.

Unfortunately, as we were traveling back from our vacation, our flight got delayed about 1.5 hours out of MDW - causing us to get in close to midnight. To my surprise, our driver was waiting for us and met us at baggage claim. The vehicle was an older Dodge Caravan, but was immaculately maintained/clean. He got us home quickly and safely.

I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them.

Called a couple days on advance to book my ride from Fremont to SJC. They took my info and gave me a quote and told me the driver would be at my house at 6AM.

Driver showed up at 5:58am and it took 15 minutes to get to SJC. He was courteous when I was on the phone and was a nice guy.

Easy and prompt. I would book them again!

I highly recommend using AAA On Time shuttle service, this is the third time I have used them from SFO and San Jose Airport to my house in Fremont. Even though my flight was 40 minutes delayed this time, they still waited for me at the airport. Also I found their shuttle service is cheaper than the local taxi.

If you want clean and safe transport to the airport, and assistance loading and unloading bags into the van, I would highly recommend these guys.

I have used AAA ON TIME AIRPORTER shuttle service couple of times to San Francisco International Aiport. They have had always been on time, and confirmed my pickup with me the day before. Their vans are preety wide and have lots of extra trunk space!! helpful when you are traveling with the family and carrying large suitcases. Last time I was traveling I was carrying lots of luggage, so I requested them to bring their large van, and all my suitcases fitted easily in the trunk.
They are local in fremont CA, so I higly recommend them using when you are traveling with family and have large suitcases. Also their vans are very clean and new.

Hung up after she doesn't know her way around Fremont when the business is in Fremont!!! Very poor English!
