Bay Area Airport Shuttle

The best shuttle service in the bay area!! Very easy to book and very accomodating. Sammy responded quick and answered all our questions and requests either in email or text. We got a really reasonable price for the shuttle service. Kudos to our driver Jay for being early and patient. He arrived early to take us to SFO and made sure that we have everything that we needed to bring. Jay was also the driver who picked us up at SFO and patiently waited for us while we got stuck at customs due to multiple airlines that arrived before us. Will definitely use their service again if needed.

Still the best shuttle service. I hadn't been travelling much since the pandemic. I find that booking with a shuttle service is worth the money and more reliable. Sammy was responsive as always as I asked a few questions via email. I had a very early flight and was happy to see Jay again. He is super easygoing and of course drives safely. He was a few minutes early, which I appreciated.

When I landed back home, Jay texted me he was there-- it did take me a while to get my bag but he was patient.

I highly recommend this service for anyone who wants to make their travel experience less stressful. Will book with again.

Disappointing. We booked a shuttle for 10 people, plus luggage to SFO. The day before pick up, we were notified that the shuttle wasn't available and we would be picked up with 2 different cars. One of the cars was a suburban and had to accommodate 6 people. The vehicle had enough seating for all of us, but the driver asked us all to enter the vehicle so he could fill in empty spaces between us with our luggage. We were packed in there! It was not comfortable. It was also a hot day and the driver could not figure out how to turn on the AC in the back row. It was super hot back there. One of the passengers had to tell him how to do it.
We were told that we would get a discount on the return trip for the inconvenience of having 2 vehicles instead of one shuttle.
We had less people on the return trip so we had more room. However, they did NOT honor the discount! On that fact alone, they should get one star.
I'm giving them 2 stars because they were on time, the drivers were very nice and the vehicles were clean.
I would not use them again though. No integrity with respect to promises made.

Would use again! I did think it was a shuttle but it was a limo not bad tho. There was 6 of us and 2 doggies it was comfy!

I've used Bay Area Shuttle for several years to and from SJC and SFO. Sammy and Jay are great. Communicative through email and text, on time, and incredibly nice to me and my family. Extremely happy with their service and happy to give them business.

This is by far the best shuttle service ever. It's a little more expensive than other car services but it's worth it, imo, and they have always been right on time. The drivers are always polite and great coversationalists or not if you don't want to talk (Jay is my favorite and he's a great driver!). They always load and unload my bags and even bring them to my front door for me. It's easy to schedule a ride via email and they respond very quickly. The vehicles are comfortable and well maintained. I feel like a rock star when they pick me up and I don't have to fight to find a cab or wait for a Lyft/Uber because they're always right there ready for me when my flight arrives. Seriously... give them a try as I don't think you'll be disappointed!! :)

This is my go to for round trip transportation home to airport and back. Cars are clean. Drivers courteous with prompt pick up times. Like reminders for pick up.

I left a review for Bay Area Shuttle several years ago. Just an update. My family and I are still using Bay Area Airport Shuttle several years later.

It's so much better using them compared to Uber because you let them know where to pick you up. At SFO or SJC, there is no need to walk all the way a central pick up point with all your luggage. Their vehicles are always clean and they don't drive like maniacs.

Jay has been our driver on many occasions. I'm always impressed by professionalism and friendliness!

My mom booked with Bay Area Airport Shuttle as a transport to SFO Airport for our trip to Canada. Sammy, the manager, was very helpful in terms of booking and answering any inquiries that she had. Jay, our driver, was on time picking us up and was very kind with helping load our luggages into his car which was also very clean. Unfortunately our flight back home had been delayed causing us to catch our transport a bit late, but Jay (our driver again) patiently waited for us, despite us feeling bad about the inconvenience. Overall, we recommend Bay Area Airport Shuttle as their service is exceptional and can get you where you need without any hassle. We will definitely use them again in the future.
