Very good customer service! Prompt response and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again!!

I need to replace the toilet's filler valve and flapper because it was really old. The water was filling the toilet basin very slowly. I also had the plumber replace my old Tushy Bidet with a new Tushy Bidet.

Now, the toilet is all good and running well. Bidet is beautifully working, heh. Thanks to Abraham for working on it. Excellent job plus good value! He didn't charged me much.

Responded to a Yelp Project request and promised availability the same afternoon. They requested I call or message them directly. After explaining the project again on text (did they not read the Yelp message?) they said they could come the next morning, with no specific time estimate. I waited all morning. At 11:45am I asked what was up and they said there were stuck at another job. I would have appreciated an update so I could make other plans.

Clearly AB knows what they are doing, given the other reviews, but my limited communication was disappointing and I can't recommend them.

Abraham was on time and went the extra mile to put on my faucet spray hose; he went to Home Depot to find the part for fitting the hose despite the water pressure was not as expected initially. Later he found the problem and made it work. I appreciate his effort and his work. I hope we have a clear conversation about the project before he starts to work on it if I need his service again. The other girl (sorry I did not get her name) who was working with him was very patient and warm. Abraham found the additional drain problem and repaired it for me.

1. Good service for work
2. More improvement in communication for pricing. Charge more than expected (175-230 for a quote, and increase to 320 when done).
3. Installation including troubleshooting, not just simply putting things on.
4. I appreciate his extra effort to make things work.

Abraham took my call around 9:30am in the morning and he came by just a few minutes later. He was extremely responsive with communication and punctual as well committing to his arrival time.

He very quickly figure out the issue that my shower kit hose was defective so he had a replacement ready and made all the repairs necessary in less than 15 minutes.

Would highly recommend Abraham for any plumbing issues.

I'm so glad that I called AB! I had a clogged drain and needed someone to come out immediately. I called around to a few other places and they gave me crazy quotes and a long wait time. AB answered quickly and was able to come out within a few hours. I was worried that issue wouldn't be resolved but AB was able to get the issue resolved.

I'm so glad I found AB and will use him again.
