Jason, Ameer and crew are class acts; professional, friendly and they know their stuff. They came by as scheduled, diagnosed my shower leak and pinpointed the likely issue. Since the fix wouldn't involve any plumbing work, they kindly suggested someone that could take on the job and do it well.

My water heater stopped working two days ago and after trying the DIY videos on the internet, I reached out to Absolute Pro Plumbing. They are based in Union City where I live, so I sought to support this local business.

They exceeded expectations when I called and they said a technician is close by and can provide a free assessment. Amir showed up in less than estimated time! He resolved the issue promptly. Beyond this excellent service, Amir shared some recommendations for replacing our original furnace and water heater. We noticed water damage to our flooring in the kitchen and called Ameer. He was able to come diagnose the problem within 24 hrs and resolve the issue within 48 hrs! I have not used them but I requested a quote after my sink area experienced water damage. They responded really quickly for the estimate request but took awhile after I informed them that there might be mold (can't blame them since they are just plumbers). However "Brian" did follow up and recommended next steps, which is more the what "Jake" from "State Farm" did (claim denied).

5 stars for the following up even though I didn't use them and quote was reasonable.

So if you have water damage due to pipe burst/leak, you will need a plumber to determine cause and length of damage to file a claim. The plumbing report can determine if your claim will be valid (learn this the hard way), you need a plumber that is honest (which I believe they are, since they followed up even though they did not get the job).

I needed a gas line installed. I was contacted by Ameer and told he would be by our house "later this afternoon". He did not show up or contact us. This is rude and unprofessional, but above all - a time waster. An "Absolute Pro" would have shown up as indicated. Not recommended.
