Ace Parking Management

$4 per hour and over night 24 and for the day $30. Well San Fran parking is always expensive so no complain on that. This is valet parking like all other parking garage in San Fran. I personally don't trust to people running the garage so I highly recommend you to take all your stuff with you to the hotel.

When I arrived on the weekend there are lots of spaces available.

Stayed in Hotel Spero. Convenient parking next door. Attendants were always kind and smiling, never gave trouble since the beginning of my 3 night stay.

Was $49/day for overnight parking, but could not get better than that as it was in the city.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I used their app, which is very convenient, to schedule parking in San Francisco on a Sunday. The app guided me through the process of securing parking ahead of time, which saves time.

The shocker was when I arrived Sunday morning to park, the garage was closed and had a sign that the garage is not open on the weekends. I paid $31 for a parking garage that doesn't operate. When I asked for a refund, it took them several days to reply. They refunded the parking fees only, not the convenience fee. The customer service said that I acknowledged the convenience fee when I purchased the parking. They essentially stole several dollars from me in convenience fees. What a scam!

Moral of the story, do your research way ahead of time. And don't trust this business to have accurate information.

Didn't have time to drive around San Francisco to look and hope for street parking, so we parked here, the closest to our destination. It was very convenient, but cost a flat $40. I really felt like it was too much for 2 and a half hours, but couldn't do anything about it at the time. Other than that we didn't have any problems.

I prepaid via an app SpotHero. The garage (almost empty by the way) decided that $12 for 90 minutes on Tuesday evening is not enough and this employee Fernando informed me in broken English that my CX-5 an oversized vehicle and I will have to pay additional $10. So $22 for 90 minutes?!!! Crooks.
Never ever was my car (shorter than Tesla btw) considered oversized. What is a truck then?! I felt like a hostage of the garage - already paid so I might as well pay more?!!! I left and found street parking, which I wanted to avoid in the first place.

Hey as my experience in a busy SF this parking is great. I stayed next door to hotel spero. They are all polite and my big SUV came out scratch free. Thanks Ace Parking ill be back here for sure. 10min walk to union square...they charge me $60 for 24hrs

Bought parking at an Ace lot at 400 2nd Street in San Francisco for a Giants game. Attendant told us to park in a handicapped parking spot. We do not have a disability placard, and told him that. He said it was ok. Attendant then gave my husband directions to back in to the spot, and kept saying, "keep going keep going" and he directed the truck right in to the ticket booth. He then said, "Oh sorry, it's my first day." They had us fill out an accident report and said we would hear from a manager in a couple of days. Nobody called us, but after trying for several days, we spoke to Tom. He said he would investigate and get back to us. Of course, he didn't call. His voicemail box is full, so we can't leave a message. Sent him an email, and he has not answered that, in over a week. We have over $800 in damage to the truck, and Ace has shown ZERO customer service.

I decided to park in a covered garage for better security. Five minutes after getting back in my car, I noticed that my gas showed only three quarters full, despite the fact that I'd filled it all the way immediately before parking. Checking it out later, I noticed that the screw-top cap for the gas tank wasn't tightened properly. Either the member of staff on duty helped himself, or let someone wander in off the street and do it. If they'll do it to one person, you bet they'll do it to others. Park somewhere else.

I parked here on Monday June 20th 2022, 4-8pm.

i had purchased a monthly parking spot via ace in Santa Clara. they made a big deal about the security there, their transponder support and the sites safety. in 6 days the car was broken into. both front windows smashed, glass everywhere. items within the car and paperwork stolen. I asked for security camera footage and pictures. they never responded. when I filed a police report they then offered to refund my money. that's it. replacing the glass and associated costs were $650 and a full day out I my schedule to get the new glass installed. I would be very careful parking anything of mine at an ace parking site. very little security and absolutely no help from this company if someone damages your car while at their site. looks high end, absolutely low end retail response if you need assistance. be aware

We used this garage to see a show at the Curran theater. When the play ended at 10:20 our car was locked inside, and the garage was closed for the night.

My car is Acura RDX. I had hotel Spero reservatio and parked my car here for 2 night. when I entered the parking, I asked for the price, the guy told me 39$ a night, I was OK and parked. But, when I checked out another guy charged me 49$ a night and told me since my car is full size!!!! I have to pay an extra 10$ a night. He said "I don't care what they told you about the price before" and "I charge all SUVs extra even compact SUVs". He didn't understand that my car is midsize SUV the same size as Toyota Camry for example. I felt like they were rubbing me, but had to pay. He threatened to tow my car. He was so rude and angry. NEVER park your car here if you expect respect and responsibility.
