I installed water softner 3 months ago. Mitch visited our house to test water and gave a quote. And then Omar came for installation. Both are very friendly and professional.

We purchased a water softener system from Awni in 2018 with the understanding that customer service and support would be a cornerstone of their offering, especially considering the owner himself assured us of an annual inspection as part of their service commitment. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen significantly short of those expectations.

Despite the initial promise, he has not followed through with the annual inspection, leaving us questioning the value of the customer service we were promised at the time of purchase. There have been no efforts from their side to schedule this inspection. He even declined our request for the inspection and troubleshooting before the sale of the house.

The lack of follow-up and customer service post-installation has been disappointing, to say the least. A water softener is a significant investment, and we hoped for a level of service that matched the importance of the product. It's unfortunate that the commitment made at the point of sale was not honored.

These guys installed a water softener for me about 3 years ago. I'm recommending this company to a friend now and came back to write a review. After 3 years things are still working great, no issues or leaks, and the water in the house is perfect! It's helped a lot with our skin and hair over the years. Great prices compared to the competition as well, looking back at old quotes, they were about 20% cheaper than most
