I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing Services, Mike Sosa, for any and all plumbing needs. Mike does an awesome job with plumbing repairs! When he arrived at my house, Mike was very respectful wearing a mask and shoe covers. He fixed a leak in two different bathroom faucets and, thankfully, had the parts with him. I really appreciate the EXCELLENT communication throughout the repair. Mike is a pro at texting, providing quotes and status of the repair. It was nice that he sent me a text when he was on his way to my house. Give Affordable Plumbing Services a call, you won't regret it!

Mike started troubleshooting the problem even before coming over by offering suggestions on what could be wrong. Upon arrival, the problem turned out to be trivial and fixed within 5 minutes. Mike didn't charge for the visit! Definitely going to reach out to Mike first next time I need any plumbing help.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Was a head scratch until Affordable told me to check my faucet sprayer. Sure enough, it wasn't screwed on tight. Problem solved.

Called Mike for a second job, and once again he did not disappoint. This was a tough one, involving the removal and replacement of a broken porcelain sink. Mike came up with a great solution and made it happen. Mike also made a second trip back to the property to provide some additional supporting metal tape for the sink while the adhesive cured. He didn't need to do this, but it was very much appreciated.

In two times using APS, my experience is that Mike goes out of his way to provide additional value, and cares a lot about his customers. Strong recommend.

Michael is well deserving of his 5-Star reviews! On Sunday I researched plumbers for a list of issues that were not urgent and messaged two plumbers through Yelp asking for an estimate. Michael responded immediately, and the other 5-Star plumber responded much later that day and said since it was Sunday I should reach back out if I still needed help. Hmmm. I said they weren't urgent issues so he could have responded on Monday, but decision made!

Michael was extremely communicative and came out for the estimate. He had great recommendations, was clear on what he could and couldn't do (repair the dishwasher if replacing the clogged drain pipe didn't fix the problem). He even went ahead and fixed one of the items on the list since it was small and quick (the bathroom sink stopper). So thoughtful!

His estimate was very fair and his knowledge was impressive. We hired him, he came and fixed everything. Neat, considerate--what more could you want? Well how about when everyone who was supposed to turn the water back on in our condo building disappeared, and Michael stayed over an extra hour so he could make sure all his repairs worked and didn't charge us. I think most plumbers would have left or charged us. This was 10-Star service!

Items repaired: Replaced a bathroom faucet, replaced the dishwasher drain pipe (and the dishwasher works!), snaked the shower, repaired the running toilet. As a bonus, he saw that the cold water shut off valve in the bathroom did not turn off completely, so he included that replacement in his estimate and fixed it too.

Fast and knowledgeable. Price as initially quoted. Would call again.

I sent the quote request at 10PM on a Friday night, fully expecting not to hear until Saturday or possibly Monday morning. Michael responded very promptly and we arranged a time for him to come by the following day. His work is very thorough, communication is timely and complete. Estimate and final price is reasonable. 5 out of 5 recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Michael for a recent plumbing issue. Despite the problem occurring late at night, Michael responded promptly and even assisted remotely to help debug the issue. Although the water pressure problem was resolved during our troubleshooting, I was thoroughly impressed by Michael's professionalism and dedication. He went above and beyond, providing full attention and excellent service (at no cost in fact). I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5-stars, I would. I contacted Affordable Plumbing Services because the pipe coming into the house was leaking. Mike contacted me within the hour asking for pictures so he could help troubleshoot. He noticed another potential problem (sprinkler system) via the pictures I sent. 

On the previous afternoon of the appointment, he reached out to confirm to see if I still needed him to show up. On the day of the appointment, he was prompt, neat, and professional. He clearly discussed my options for the work needed and offered suggestions to keep costs down. He got the job done quickly and explained the changes he made. 

When I was talking to him about a potential water pressure issue, he quickly checked the pressure to ease my concerns. 

I'd highly recommend him and will definitely contact him for any future issues.

Michael is prompt, called me in advance of arrival, and showed up on time. He is courteous, clean and professional. He definitely takes pride in his work.
And most importantly, he is honest. He doesn't call for unnecessary repairs. Michael even did a little extra, adjusting my tenant's toilet valve and using a simple tool I had to unclog my tenant's sink, without charge. Now my tenants know what to do in the future to keep their sink clog free without resorting to caustic chemicals. I highly recommend Michael for your plumbing needs.

Michael did an excellent job replacing my kitchen sink faucet. I was trying to finally reduce my honey do list that has been untouched for 6 years. I had three objectives, and shared all three. He quoted for the faucet and offered to look at the other two when he got there. One issue failed to demonstrate itself while he was there and he said it wouldn't be a certainty to be fixed but he has an avenue he could try.

Another issue is a toilet that won't stop running, after some decisions about fixing or replacing he actually talked me out of that job entirely. He has had a bad experience in the past of a wife reducing the honey do list with an experienced professional.

Finally the faucet, you supply your own, but the plate that covers the two extra holes in a sink is wider for some faucets and narrower for others. When he discovered this he offered to skip the plate but patiently waited when a went back to Home Depot to bring home a couple more choices. He didn't charge extra for the 20 extra minutes to wait. He was courteous, offered advice on a nearby pipe and checked the line pressure. My new faucet works like a champ!
