Have used them before. They are efficient and get the job done at great rates. Used them to replace the p trap under a dual bowl sink.

We called Bueno Plumbing based on reviews. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We had to replace an old water tank. We needed a new water tank with all new plumbing parts. They also put straps on water tank in case of earthquake. We are now up to code. Thank you very much Edgar and John. We will definitely call you again if needed.

We had an issue with a downstairs toilet overflowing and found Bueno plumbing on Yelp and saw their great reviews so I gave them a call and they came out the next morning. Kevin was our technician and he was very friendly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I highly recommend bueno plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

One star is far too generous. The short: AVOID THIS COMPANY! Kevin (the owner) lied to us, uses high stress sales tactics, and lacks any form of ethics.

We had Kevin out at our house to provide a bid to replace some drains. When we initially called, he suggested getting other bids first and recommended the guys in the big green trucks (who we know from past experience are about 2-3x the price of any other plumber). This was huge red flag.

After Kevin went under our home, he showed us pictures of drains and water pipes that were severely corroded. He was pushing for a complete repipe of the water pipes and the drains we called him for.

Kevin then showed us videos of what water leaks could do and looked like and went on about how it is on the verge of a leak and needs to be done ASAP. He tried offering an incentive of installing a faucet for free if we signed RIGHT NOW.

He was clearly using a high stress ales tactic and neither my pregnant wife nor I appreciated the added stress. We explained to him that we are expecting a baby soon and wanted to take care of what was necessary at the moment and Kevin insisted that it was all necessary and could cost us much more if ignored.

After his visit, I though I would go under the house myself and see the water pipes he spoke of. I could not, for the life of me, find anything in resemblance of the pictures he claimed came from my house. I had another plumber out and he could not find it either and said my water pipes were healthy and nothing was wrong with them!! to be on the safe side, I asked one of my previous bidders to evaluate the water pipes and he said they were healthy as well!! providing me with pictures that looked nothing like the ones Kevin showed me!

Clearly Kevin was lying to us to get some bigger sale. This is completely UNETHICAL and absolutely shameful. Not only were the photos of the water pipes not from our home, but the drains as well.

We are expecting a baby soon and are already in a high stress state. the last thing we need is to be preyed upon and taken advantage of!

To add salt to the wound, the bid we received was the highest bid by a ridiculous amount.

Kevin displayed a business model that uses HIGH STRESS TACTICS to earn business based off of LIES and DISHONESTY. The pictures that he claimed came from my house was proven to not be. He LACKS ANY FORM OF ETHICS and should not be trusted!

If you decide to use this organization, DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU!

We had a problem with our sink in the kitchen and we were able to get Kevin Bueno to come and look at it. He was on time and was very fast and efficient. He was in and out really fast. Highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a plumber! Thank you!

This review is regarding my experience for getting an estimate.

Pro - I called them to schedule a time for someone to come by and give me an estimate on some fixtures replacement. I got the time scheduled the very next day with the typical 2 hour window. Mine was from 4-6 pm.

Cons - it's 5:39 pm and I leave my phone for 3 minutes. Kevin from Bueno called 4 times back to back and left me a message saying he has been trying my phone for the last 45 mins. Really? (See pic). Then when I called him it was clear he didn't want to come. I told him we can FaceTime which he refused and said send me the pics and I will send you an estimate. Which I did right away. That was last Thursday (6 days ago). No estimate. No acknowledgement of the pics. No follow up from Bueno.

When you get work done at the house, communication is key. This business doesn't seem to have that down.

Jimmy did a great job fixing my toilet. He was on time, used booties, and was very friendly. When the job was completed, everything was cleared and cleaned.
I appreciated the fact that Bueno handled my request for service with a sense of urgency. I also considered the price to be fair.

I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later.

The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.
