Rudy did a wonderful job in fixing the problem with our furnace, which was making some weird noise. They couldn't come out immediately, but they came as scheduled, on time, a few days later. Rudy was very efficient and had a wealth of information to share with my husband. The next day, we couldn't get our furnace to work, so I called them and Rudy came right away to fix it without any hesitation. I'm glad they came out immediately to fix the issue which was just a reset. Our furnace has been working great since.

This is a real family business ( owner) and his son came to do a service call. Routine stuff but important stuff. I have a fabulous heat pump in my bedroom that they installed about six years ago., And a furnace installed about 12 years ago. Rudy is the best and i trust him and his son's

I manage two rental units. Preparing one for a new tenant, and we had a water pipe fail (old, corroded) ... replaced. So then I had the unit carpets cleaned ... creating more moisture in the apartment. Then the furnace wouldn't work ... to dry things out!

I needed service asap on the last business day before Christmas. Called around, tried Air Flow Pros HVAC. They put me in touch with technician Rudy Ortega for a same day service ... he tried to help me diagnose and trouble shoot the problem over the phone during and between his other calls. I sent him pictures ... he made time and came out.

It turns out that high efficiency furnaces create a lot of water .... condensation. That requires a water pump to get rid of that water ... my water pump had failed, so the furnace wouldn't run. Rudy removed and replaced the water pump and reservoir promptly ... done.

I asked Air Flow Pros to do a seasonal maintenance / checkup on my furnace and had a question about the C wire for my nest thermostat. Rudy had a wealth of experience and was quickly able to determine a fix. He was also able to give me excellent advice on future considerations for adding A/C versus switching over to a heat pump. He was extremely gracious explaining things and took the time to offer advice. If I go through with an upgrade will be calling this company.

I kept meaning to do this review and now about five months has passed already. I'm reminded because it's a chilly day today and I'm enjoying my nice warm house. These guys did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the unit they installed. Leo and Julio were the installers and I can't say enough about them and their fantastic work. I live in an old house and the system they replaced was ancient. I wanted the air intake in a new location and I needed to move a register in our living room. Lots of custom fabrication was required. I watched these guys make something like eight or ten specialized aluminum ducts and fittings to accomplish this. (I thought these pieces came off the shelf. They do not.) These guys work very hard and are super easy to work with. As the manager, Rudy, said, "We're old school," which I think means understanding what the customer wants and making it happen. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

I had called Air Flow Pros for servicing my non working furnace. Rudy came out and dtermined the problem & fixed it quickly. He offered some tips for keeping it in better order. It's so nice to have a local company take care of my problem in a timely, efficient manner & a fair price.

Rudy and Rocky were a pleasure to work with. They found time to come a day early and did a thorough job trouble shooting my issues. They were cognizant of minimizing any dirt and debris and there was nothing left for me to even clean up. I appreciated the time they spent explaining the issue and giving me options. At no point did they push any of their products on me but I did buy a new thermostat which they installed and they shared with me a few additional tips for the future. In closing this was great work, professional demeanor and I found the price to be more than fair. I would highly recommend them

We had an old gravity feed furnace & asbestos ductwork that we wanted changed out. Rudy & son came by for an estimate as scheduled. We got 3 estimates & chose Air Flow Pros.
They took care of everything, ductwork demo crew showed up as scheduled and took out the ductwork. Leo & Julio were the crew installing furnace. Started on time, cleaned up each night & did a great job. Electrician came & ran a new line to the furnace. Took 1 week from start to finish for the installation. Did an excellent job, new ductwork is clean & tucked in nicely, new plenum looks good & it takes much less space. They scheduled the permit inspection, they were on time & it passed inspection with no problems. Its a nice looking furnace. Very pleased with their work. Would recommend them for anyone who needs a furnace.

Rudy was our technician. Super responsive and took care of our heating problem. The woman who schedules is a little Kurt but overall I will recommend!
