Our heater stopped working last week. Usually we re-light the pilot light and it works but this time was a no go. Instead of using our usual handyman we wanted to get the expertise of a heating professional and I am so glad we did. Rodolfo explained to me what was going on, fixed the problem quickly, and didn't try to upsell me on anything else. He also explained just generally how these old heating systems work and what I need to do for regular maintenance. Super useful information and 100% trustworthy. I plan to use them again when I need the air filter cleaned (which is asap:)). Thank you for the skilled and thorough service!

Rodolfo was amazing. I called him very early the day before Thanksgiving because our furnace wasn't generating heat. He gave me an arrival window and texted later with a more precise eta. He came out by lunch and diagnosed the problem and committed to do everything possible to get us back up and running same day. Ultimately he had to make three trips out and even send someone to get parts 30+ miles away to make sure we had heat on thanksgiving. We get to go to bed warm tonight thanks to Rodolfo! On Thanksgiving, in the middle of the night, we noticed it was suspiciously cold. The fan was coming on, but no heat came out of the vents. I urgently read up on how thermostats and furnaces work, and diagnosed that it was the furnace igniter. I read just enough to decide that it wasn't something I wanted to personally mess with. The next morning, we called Air Flow Pros and Rodolfo came right away.

The mere combination of prompt, friendly service and a reasonable price would have warranted 5 stars, but Rodolfo went way above and beyond. I told him about my crash course in home heating the night before, and he taught me a few additional things, like how I could improve our air flow and why our filter was no good. He even gave me a replacement filter -- no charge!

I was expecting the heat giving out to be a major inconvenience, especially on a holiday weekend, but I'm actually glad I got to learn about how these things work. Rodolfo clearly cares a lot about what he does and is a great teacher!

I had been using another HVAC service when I finally got sick of being overcharged. My heater had stopped working for the second time since I bought my home a little over a year ago. This time the ignition control module needed to be replaced. A $550 job according to the other guys. I bought the part for $99 on ebay and did it myself. AND IT WORKED! Once. Then it stopped working again.

Feeling defeated I called Air Flow to try and get a new perspective. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day with Rodolfo. He showed up on time and was very professional. I told him the story. He took a look and found a short somewhere and fixed it in a few minutes. When I asked him what I owed him he just smiled and said he didn't charge for simple things like that.

The heat worked perfectly for another two weeks before it went out again. I called Rodolfo again and he was able to come by the next day. This time I wasn't getting any power to my furnace at all. He recommended an electrician to me who came by two days later and fixed the problem in under an hour. This was the second time Rodolfo had come to my house and again, no charge. Got a call from him that evening to make sure I had been taken care of. I was blown away.

These guys are on time, professional and really go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are a small, family business that really rely on people having a positive experience and writing a good review. I am very pleased to review them well and hope their business continues to thrive.

Our furnace went out on the freezing rainy Friday afternoon at the start of Presdent's weekend. We checked Yelp reviews and and chose Air Flow Pros, called at 2pm and Rodolfo was at our house by 5:30 the same day.

He showed up with replacement parts, and had the furnace up and running within a half hour. Thank goodness for their promptness and competency right on the eve of President's weekend. Otherwise we would be human popsicles inside our igloo come President's Day!

Air Flow Pros and Rodolfo are the best. Called 4 different HVAC companies and Air Flow Pros were the only one to pickup the phone. It was great they have a person to answer the calls. I hate leaving messages not knowing if I will get a call back. They immediately talked to their service people to schedule an appointment and was able to come out in a few hours. My Furnace was making a loud vibrating noise. I open the furnace and try to find what was hitting the fan blades. Rodolfo came out as schedule and within 5 minutes found a loose piece of duct tape. With his experience he knew where to look. Normally they charge $65 to come out to evaluate the problem, but he didn't charge me since it took so little time. Air Flow Pros is an excellent company focus on customers and providing the best service.

Rodolfo came out the morning after I called. Was polite about my shoddy attempt to fit a new thermostat. Gave my gas heater a wack to clear the connection between the starter and the pilot and was done. Nice and cheap call out charge too.

I was so impressed by the professionalism of this company. We called in a panic because the heat in our apartment had unexpectedly stopped working, and we thought there was a furnace problem. I called for a same-day house call and Rodolfo came out on time and took a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem as PG&E's fault (for accidentally shutting off our gas), not anything wrong with our furnace, nor did he charge for the service call at all. I am definitely going to stick with these efficient, professional folks for all my heating and AC needs going forward!

We are extremely pleased with Rodolfo and Air Flow Pros! We returned from two months in the tropics and an hour after we got home our furnace quit working. It was in the low 40's outside and we were really cold.

The following morning we called quite a few repair companies, including McFarlane & Son, who had installed the furnace 8 years ago (no call back). We did not hear back from a number of companies, and the others said that they could come the following week. By the time I called Air Flow mid afternoon, Rudy said he would come by around 4:00. By the time he diagnosed the problem, the parts house had closed. Rudy said he still had a couple other jobs to do (this is after other companies had closed for the day or would charged overtime), but he would try to locate the part we needed.

He was able to find the part , came back in the evening and got the furnace working at 9:00 PM! We were so pleased. I forgot to mention that the furnace is in the crawl space under the house, which meant crawling across damp/wet/cold soil.

This guy gets our very highest recommendation for professionalism and responsibility and hard work. He's also a really nice guy. Thank you Rudy!

We blew the circuit on our heater (someone forgot to change the filter!) and after reviewing the yelp reviews called Air Flow Heating. Rodolfo and team were courteous, timely and efficient. The best part, we have heat again!!

Rodolfo was easy to schedule, clear about pros and cons of repairing vs replacing my old furnace and his team did a great job on the installation at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Air Flow Pros.
