Had to return from the airport and I realized that we had no car seat to get back home as it was an impromptu trip with no one to pick us up (infant and I). Lyft/ Uber I didn't see options for a car seat. Googled car seat taxis and found airport taxi cabs. Quick and easy to book. I booked the day before. Less than 24 hours beforehand. I arrived to the destination and didn't receive a text message about where we should meet at San Jose Airport arrivals. I would deduct a star but the driver got to us with 15 minutes and was very nice. He even waited for my leasing office to open when I realized I had forgotten my house keys. I'd recommend this service and take it again when we are in a pinch!

Hank S.Mountain View, CA01Mar 4, 2023I needed a ride to San Jose Airport for a crazy early flight. These guys showed up first on my search and I decided to give them a try. Information in, I was ready at the appointed hour. By then I'd been given the cell number of my driver, who texted me that he was on his way. A few minutes later he arrived without needing any extra directions (unusual in my experience), took up my bags and we were off. It couldn't have been easier, and what else can you ask for at 4 in the morning?

We have had very positive experiences with Airport Taxi Cab Services in terms of responsiveness and reliability but yesterday's experience was above and beyond. Our pick up time at San Jose Airport was 3 pm on a Friday afternoon so our driver, Arshdeep Singh, arrived an hour earlier to ensure that he'd be there by the time our plane arrived. They have taken the worry of timely arrivals off of our travel concerns and we are very grateful.
