Picked up my 85 yo mother from SFO when I was out of town. Good to have this high touch service

This was my third time using Peninsula Limo. They are always on time, helpful and dependable - which is what you need in this service category. Gary is great if you are lucky enough to get him! Recommend.

Professional and was friendly. He gave me the assurance of security and safety. I highly recommend!

It's nearly impossible to get a Lyft or Uber in half moon bay. But these guys always come out on time and ready to take us to the airport. It's a little more expensive than a Lyft would be. But it's worth a lot knowing that our ride will be there an we won't miss our flight!

We used Peninsula Limo for our family of 6 years ago when we needed a ride to the airport - before Covid. I was blown away that I could text at a crazy hour and someone actually responded. Needless to say, they were so impressive then, I contacted them again for our trip two weeks ago.

Another family of 6 trip to the airport. They give lightening speed response time; confirmations sent immediately, even after adjusting our pick up time; crazy clean SUVs and super friendly drivers.

I booked them for our way to the airport and pre-booked for when we returned. Prior to our landing, they stayed in contact with me with directions of where to meet. It was perfect. Just perfect.

I can not recommend this company enough.

After some less than good experiences with Uber getting to SFO in a timely manner, I've exclusively used this service. Great company. Quick to reply, driver texts passenger so time of arrival is expected. Always on time which is terrific. Also, they do monitor the flight departure time and the traffic and will make adjustments as needed (usually for early morning weekend flights, it's to push back the pick up time.) Service is reasonably priced and every driver is stellar. As a passenger, you never have to ask yourself 1. how long the driver has been licensed; 2. if it wouldn't be quicker to stop on the freeway and walk with the luggage to SFO because the driver is going below the posted speed limit in the passing lane; 3. if the driver can watch the road instead of turning around to talk. (All real life experiences with Uber.)

We used Peninsula limo back in April. They were punctual, professional, and got us to the airport early which was great! The cars are clean and spacious and our driver was lovely. Again, very professional. We'll definitely be using them again!

This was my first time using them. I still gave them 5 stars, even tho they brought the wrong car! I can't step up into a SUV, and made sure I ordered a SEDAN, but a SUV arrived instead. Within 30 minutes, a beautiful sedan showed up, and the 3 of us were on our way to SF to see Moulin Rouge and out to dinner at the Iron Gate after. Peninsula Limo provides great communication reminders, and a link to track your driver's arrival. Our chauffeur, Gary, was amazing to us. So helpful, kind, and professional. Made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We all laughed, and had an amazing full day. I will definitely use Peninsula Limo again. Thanks Gary for being so helpful to us!

Peninsula Limousine, namely "Al", was great. Al picked my Brother & myself up on Saturday, 10/22/22 on a timely basis. He had a smile on his face, was cordial & polite, opening the Limo doors for us.

The drive was smooth, as he has great driving skills. We were very comfortable in the back seat & there was a bottle of water for us both. We are both fairly tall, especially my Brother & there was lots of leg room.

From South San Francisco to Rengstorff House in Mountain View was a speedy, smooth ride of about 35 minutes.

Used the service more than four times over the last year and our experience has been uniformly positive. Cars are in very good condition, comfortable and clean. Drivers are always courteous, helpful, patient when they have to wait longer than the scheduled time, and always arrive on time. Company customer service answered our questions fully at the time of booking and provided prompt and satisfying service. We recommend it strongly.
