After confirming with the "customer support" number the day before, and the driver the morning of the trip that they had an infant car seat (as requested in my booking), the car showed up with a very old car seat that was not appropriate for my 3 month old. When I said to the driver "this isn't a seat that is safe for my small child" he seemed to acknowledge that I was correct, and they "didn't have the inserts". When I told the customer support number that I wasn't happy, they told me I could use my own car seat (defeating the purpose of booking them in the first place).

Do not recommend this service if you are concerned about your child safety.

Note: I dont like to write negative reviews, but I do not want other mothers to be caught in a situation without safe transportation for their child. I am very lucky that I had a neighbor who was able to bring me to the airport on short notice. Not everyone has that, and some are counting on services as described - this was not the case.

We were referred to this company by other parents requiring a ride to/from the airport with car seats and found that the reservations were easy to make online. I confirmed both rides a few days before our trip via email. Our pick up ride from the airport to the hotel was good - the driver was communicative and pick up was smooth.

However, our second ride from the hotel back to the airport was delayed by almost an hour from our scheduled time (scheduled at 1:50pm, picked up at 2:40pm), causing us to nearly miss our flight back home. I did not receive any notification that the driver would be delayed at all, only to find out when I reached out to the driver to let him know that we will be waiting outside the lobby.

The driver mentioned that he was delayed due to a prior passenger. However, I agree with other reviewers that this seemed like another reservation was unnecessarily squeezed in before mine, resulting in a huge delay. The driver was apologetic and both the driver/operator gave us the option of cancelling and finding another ride to make our flight time. However, this put us in quite a bind as we intentionally made this reservation knowing we'd need car seats (public transportation, uber/lyft were not options with kids and the amount of luggage we had). We had to take the risk as we had no option of finding another ride in the amount of time we had left.

I would not recommend for families requiring a ride back to the airport in a timely manner - not worth the stress.

I used this service for a 3:45 a.m. pickup to SFO because we needed a car seat for a 2-year-old. Everything went very smoothly with our driver, Moe. I was a little nervous because the customer service hours don't begin until 8 a.m., so if something went wrong, we wouldn't have been able to contact anyone, but it all worked out! We also booked this service for a pickup from OAK, and everything went smoothly again with our driver, Kulveer. Would book again!

Loved Airport Taxi Cab Services! We used them to book a ride to and from the airport as we have a toddler and needed a carseat (so a regular Uber wouldn't do) and they were easy to book, on time (early actually) and easy to find. They offer a great convenient hassle free way for families to get to and from the airport.

Will definitely be using them again in the future.

My driver arrived 10 minutes early for my 3 a.m. (!) pick-up and the ride to the airport was professional, smooth, and pretty much perfect in every way. Online booking was fast and easy, only a few minutes between receiving notification that my request was pending and then receiving the actual confirmation. Will definitely use again.

This is an okay service, however the quality and attentiveness of the driver does not reflect the price ($80) we paid for a literal 15 minute drive from the airport to home.

Texting the driver was easy. We were asked to wait at the front of the taxi line which is just outside baggage claim at SFO. I was travelling pregnant and with a toddler. We had used a competitor in the past, and the driver was very attentive and helped me with my bags as far as he could.

In this case, the service was more akin to a run of the mill taxi. When we got to our house, he left our bags at the curb and didn't bother to help me at least get them to the door. I had to carry everything to the door and up a flight of stairs at night, while also managing a toddler.

I didn't want to mess with installing a car seat, which is why we chose the service. In retrospect I should have just gotten a regular taxi and installed my car seat myself. There was no advantage to using their service over a taxi aside from the pre-installed car seat.

As usual the service was perfect. This is the 8th time I have used them for my trips with my family to India. The early morning pickups or late night drop offs are never an issue. Always on time and clean car seats.

I've used their service multiple times as I need a car set for my toddler to go to/from the airport. Their service is exceptional, they help you with the luggage, always on time, clean cars and will wait for you if your flight is delayed. Highly recommend it.

They were great - punctual, nice and gentle driving as requested, my family including one child on a carseat had a nice ride to and from SFO when we traveled. Thank you!
