We had an event earlier this week in Portola Valley, and it went off smoothly, thanks to the team at AAP. The team was considerate and responsive to me and our guests. When the event was over, our guests did not find themselves waiting around for their cars. To top it off, the drivers all helped put chairs away afterwards!! The drivers were cheerful, friendly...enjoyed having them around. We will use them again.

The team was amazing from the logistics and planning to the onsite service. Everyone was so kind and on point. Thank you for working with us on my party!

This team was exceptional from the start to the beginning. We had to postpone our event last minute by 3 weeks because of the crazy rain we had the end of January. Tracy was on top of it and flexible with our rescheduling. The team of guys showed up early and were easy to direct where the parking was going to be. Edwin checked in with me regularly through the evening to let me know the status of how many cars were left, etc. They are timely, efficient and kind!

Working for a high line dealership, it is nerve wrecking picking a valet service for our events. I booked All About Parking for valet services twice now. Each time the team was prompt for our events and provided everything needed. Alex Varnava, Director of Events, is a pleasure to work with. Any time I had any questions or concerns, he always promptly addressed them.

At our last event, we had a small issue with a client leaving their car at the valet without their keys. This caused valet to back up. The supervisor at the event, handle the situation professionally. He went gone above and beyond to find the client and made sure the remainder of the night went smoothly.

I'm an event planner and I can tell you that Alex is the star captain behind the scenes. With fluid communication and prompt responses each time, you really need to stop searching elsewhere. Alex came onboard with very short notice under a tight timeline (other companies weren't willing) and reshuffled his team to accommodate to this high-profile private event. I have no idea how he did it but I never felt like we were last priority or was a bother as they juggled multiple clients. Alex was always calm, reassuring, kind via email/phone. And it didn't stop with his onsite team when they all came with incredible attitudes and sheer professionalism. Top notch company- loved their fair pricing, their communication and excellent work ethic. They're definitely one of my Preferred Vendors for all future events going forward! 10 STARS!!

I am a Stanford University staff member with a last minute request, less than a week, from one of our directors for valet parking. Alex was very responsive to my request and absolutely willing to make it work for me. The team he sent were professional and flexible.
