I called All European Appliance Repair to inquire about our Bosch oven, which stopped heating. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Serge called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem (ignitor), had the parts on hand, replaced the ignitor, ran heating test, and got our oven back up and running in no time. He also explained the problem and provided us advice and tips while he was fixing the oven. I echo the other reviews regarding his professionalism and knowledge. I truly appreciate his honesty, care, and attention to detail when diagnosing and fixing the problem. I will definitely be calling AEAR for any future repairs for our appliances.

Serge came to check on our Miele dishwasher, he gave me a call 20 min prior to arrival, he was courteous, polite, wore a mask and was in and out within 30 min. I will update my review once the job is actually done, but so far so good!

AEAR was able to send a technician the same day for my Subzero freezer. Serge, the technician, was very professional and provided a quote the same day to order parts to repair the freezer. The parts arrived within three business days and the repair was done the following day. I really appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of AEAR and will be using them if I ever need an appliance repair again.

I have used All European Appliance for years for multiple repairs. From my refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, and most recently my washer and dryer.

The first technician I met was Leon and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. After one interaction with him, I requested him every time after that. He explains the problem right away and gives you a list of options on how to fix it.

Their prices are very reasonable and I would 100% trust them with any of my appliances going forward.

Yet another home run for All European Appliance Repair.

Bosch Axxis+ washer fill-ing with water, making all the right noises, but not spinning. Of course, called All European Appliance Repair based on my previous experience with their expert service.

Got an appointment the same day. The tech (sorry, forgot your name) showed up early (!! what contractor shows up early??!) and diagnosed the problem immediately.

Within an hour, the issue was remedied, and the tech was on his way. Fair price for clean clothes, and great service. 5+ stars for All European Appliance Repair. I will be calling them again if/when, I need service, and so should you.

Serge came on time diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave me advice. excellent service on Miele freezer. I have had bad luck with another company recommended by Miele. stick with this company. outstanding.

I called the company to find out if they could work on an old Wolf Range. They sent Serge, who was on time. He took my oven apart, cleaned as he did the repair, did the repair, and when I came home and tried the stove it worked perfectly. If I could give a 10 star review to Serge and the company, I would. Courteous, knowledgeable and problem solved.

Thank you fellow Yelpers! The 5 star rating is about right. Called All European appliance repair based on the high rating when my LG dryer started to make a slight "thumping" sound. The dryer is about 15 years old but I'm not prepared to part with it. Anyways, the tech shows up early for the service, hears the sound and wasn't sure if he can make it go away. Not feeling the love, I said ok and started to pay him just to come over. The tech reiterated that I should let him "service" the dryer so I don't waste good money. I agreed, he took the dryer apart and cleaned out a bunch of lint. I opted to replace the belt as well. He ran the dryer afterwards and the noise was gone!! I'm a happy camper! Thank you All European!!

"Nana Home Services", which is where the Miele service center sent me. Nana gave me an appointment 3 weeks out, and then never confirmed, never called me back, and no-one ever came. I called "All European", and got an appointment 3 days later. The service person from All European was about a half hour late, but called in advance to let us know. He was polite, pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. He clearly explained the limits of the possible repairs, was up front about the costs of the different options, and how long they would last. He also gave us another quarter to half hour to answer questions about home appliance brands and changes over the last 10 year. My wife and I were impressed. I strongly recommend this service, and we will call them first in the future,
