Refrigerator stopped cooling and thawed freezer contents, melted ice in the ice bin, fridge contents too warm. I suspected a problem with the doors because there was ice buildup in the freezer and overnight after making sure the doors were complete closed the temperatures the next day were 37 fridge and 1 in the freezer. I wanted a service call to check the door seals. Had a totally unsatisfactory service call yesterday from another company where the technician did not answer questions, did not explain what he was doing, had minimal equipment with him (not even a thermometer to measures the temperatures in the fridge/freezer, and wanted to order a new door seal for a second visit. When I complained, they were going to reschedule another call but in two weeks with a different technician. I called Allstate today and he had an appointment later in the afternoon. The technician Dimitry was terrific. Listened carefully to what the problem was, then proceeded to level the refrigerator, adjust the doors to ensure a good seal, dissembled the freezer to make sure there was no ice buildup behind the back wall that would impeded the freezer door and also the condition of the compressor. This service call was 1000% better than yesterday's. Quick response time (same day), showed up on time, knowledgeable and professional technician, thorough visit. Will be using Allstate in the future for sure.

I called them at 5:38, I get scheduled same day from 6pm to 8pm. Daniel shows up at 6:14, found the problem very quickly. He gave a clear quote for labor and parts, and discussed with me all the options that I had. Very professional. He fixed my refrigerator within an hour. And he left the workspace clean, and was careful to not scratch kitchen floors. It was the fastest service exp in my life!

I have been using Allstate for years to fix occasional breakdowns of my dishwasher, washer and dryer and refrigerator. They have always been on time, competent and polite. I recently had a refrigerator that wouldn't stay cool. Daniel came within a few hours of me calling and quickly diagnosed the problem. I recently had an issue with a refrigerator that needed some attention. I tried the best I could to handle this on my own and got about 3/4 of the way done but realized I needed to have helped to make the project complete. I called all state and they got back in touch with me immediately. They sent out a wonderful customer service man named Aaron who is very Informative, helpful, and educational. And was on top of his game and his help and guidance helped rectify the problem mediately.

I highly recommend all state if you have any issues with kitchen appliances and other types of home products that need attention. I was very happy. You will be too.
