Alpine Power Equipment

My first experience with Alpine was to rent a ladder for a paint job. That transaction was fast, easy, great customer service, and well priced.
My second was much more significant. My boat had a catastrophic pit drive failure. Upon the recommendation of my property manager, we took our boat to Alpine (yes, they repair boats) and I can not recommend them enough. They were thorough, highly experienced, communicated clearly and often and went the extra mile. They worked with my insurance, researched and acquired hard to find parts, worked fast, tested thoroughly, and made sure my boy was better than new once complete.

These guys are super friendly and helpful. They answered all kinds of questions I had about problems I was having with my Honda snowblower. They stock plenty of Honda snowblower's and power tools and art pretty quick to turn around to repairs. They recently remodeled the shop as well.

Kevin and Dan are awesome, had a broken snowblower and they found parts for me, they didn't have to but went out of their way, thanks guys!

I called Alpine Power Equipment a couple of weeks ago when my Honda 928 stopped running. Dan asked me if I had gas in the machine. I did, or do I thought. He came to my place in Alpine Meadows within a couple of hours, opened the gas tank, and guess what, no gas. He refused to charge me.
I called again a couple of days ago, Tuesday. This time one of the tracks wasn't working. Dan said he was slammed but, said he'd be by that day or Wednesday. He came Wednesday, attempted an unsuccessful quick fix in my garage, and ended up loading the blower on his truck. It was returned today, Thursday morning. Quick, reliable, attentive, fair service. Alpine Power is a small but we'll stocked merchant for rentals, sales and repair of small engine driven equipment, among other items. The staff is friendly and had my pressure washer ready when I arrived. I highly recommend this place in Forrest Hill.

After attempting to repair my weedwhacker myself, I got frustrated and took it in to Alpine Power. They helped me right away and were able to fix the issue very quickly. Their shop is clean and organized, and they've got a cute shop dog to boot. While I waited, professional landscapers were coming through to have their equipment serviced as well. If it's good enough for the pros, it's good enough for a novice like me. Thanks Alpine Power!

I recently dropped my brand new Honda generator off for a manufactures recall. Although I bought the generator from another retailer the shop accepted my set with no questions asked. The generator was ready the next day even amid all the corona virus restrictions. This shop is under new ownership and looks very promising. Great customer service! Thanks

Craig and the folks at Alpine Power are always helpful and have the stuff you need and got my snowblower working at a critical time during the recent January 2017 blizzard.
