Bill is the master. He has helped us by fixing problems with our washer and dryer, both old Maytags. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

AMPM Appliance has come out to our house several times now (to repair refrigerator, dryer, and now our microwave) ... they do fantastic work!!

Jeff has just left our house after repairing our microwave oven ... and it's now working great! A few years ago, he repaired our dryer (it's still working like clockwork).

Our dryer decided to challenge us after 15 years so we gave these guys a call and it felt like as soon as I hung up the phone, my doorbell was ringing! Bill was fantastic and got down to the nitty gritty without all the bells and whistles. He knew exactly what was wrong and we were able to resume our laundry with a round of applause. It's hard to find a repair service that a) services older Viking equipment, 2) is willing to do all the follow up.

Bill came out in 2022 to work on our range, a part was backordered and took 9mo to arrive! He called to provide an update (a few more months) and finally when the part showed up he scheduled it for installation right away!

I appreciate that he remembered to follow up; only charged me for the first service call and the part with installation.

Much easier to fix ($$$) than replace ($$$$$)

Our dryer was not drying so our Home Protection Plan set up an appointment for an assessment. AM PM Appliance from Beaumont, CA came and stated we needed a new part. 2 weeks later the vendor changed the part and stated it was working. We immediately dryed some clothes and they did not dry! Obviously it was not fixed. The vendor refused to come back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AM PM Appliance Center in Beaumont, California. This vendor was rude and very unprofessional.

Bill Homan of AM/PM Appliance is the man! He's old school and really knows his craft. Give him enough initial information...make/model/serial number and what the issue is and that give him a head start in diagnosing the problem. I contact Bill for appliances for my rental, refer him to my buyer and seller clients. If the repair is greater than the worth, he'll tell you so and maybe even recommend what you should be replacing with. Give him a call. Be patient. The job gets done right.

Really amazing and personalize service. I have used Bill several times and he has never let me down. He is easy to book and extremely reasonable reappraised especially for this industry. Unfortunately I think he will be retiring soon.
