AMD Construct

Just finished a bathroom remodel and garage repair with AMD Construct. My bathroom flooded and it leaked into the garage. We had to repair the garage but wanted to remodel the bathroom. Insurance provided us an estimate for the repairs, and AMD's estimate to repair the garage was spot on with what insurance said. Then we just had to pay out of pocket for the bathroom remodel, which was cheaper than a different company we were looking at.

I originally reached out back in May but then held off on making a decision due to some outside factors. I reached back out to them again on July 13th, and they were able to get someone out by July 20th, and they completed by July 28th, very fast!

Service was great. Alex was very friendly and kind. We had a little bit of a language barrier but he used Google Translate, or asked the receptionist of their company to call/email me to ask any clarifying questions. In the end it wasn't a problem. Alex even took off his shoes before entering my house, without me even asking him to. He cleaned up any messes that were made in the garage and they picked up any trash from all the work as well.

They were flexible with payment. I just paid through Zelle, and even though I had a $2000 daily limit, they were okay with me spreading out the payments over several days.

I would absolutely come back and contact AMD again if I need any other projects done. Top notch company, quality, and professionalism.

I got a very quick response from AMD and the project manager was knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The actual service person was helpful and was able to finish everything in one day. He replaced a whole drywall as well as patching multiple big holes in another wall. His work also included the purchasing of material. Finally he cleaned up the place after he completed the repair. I am quite satisfied with the work as well as the whole process from the beginning to the end.

They did a great job replacing the large beams on the front of my Cerritos home. They also fixed a neighbor's roof who had a major leak due to all of the recent rain.

Euguene was very detail-oriented and professional. We had drywall patching and painting, and he did a great job with the patching, color matching, and painting. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

Hired AMD for remodeling my bathrooms and kitchen and they did a tremendous job. Sergey was the project manager and I would definitely hire them just for him, he went out of his way to keep me happy. The quality of the work was top notch and they did finish everything (mostly) in a months time. They were also timely and stuck to the schedule mostly.

There were also couple of improvements they should make in some areas, like having some of their subcontractors to not touch owners personal items, not damaging items, clear communication on costs for additional works (this was something which I was not a big fan of), good idea on plumbing and parts recommendations.

Even with some drawbacks, I would still go hire them back for their quality of work, punctuality, responsiveness, price and their project manager (Sergey)

Hired AMD for various tasks around the condo that needed prep prior to being rented out. Other companies itemized the cost for each individual thing done however AMD just charged by the hour regardless of the task needed. Fair pricing and very good work done, thank you.

Though my first experience was not satisfactory, Kristina and the team showed persistence in changing that. I gave them one more chance and they delivered great quick on time service. I would consider AMD for future projects/repairs.

We worked with AMD to remodel two bathrooms in our home and to change out our front door and a few bedroom doors. From start to finish, they were a dream to work with. Communication was so easy, which is so important in these kinds of projects. The two point-people we were in constant communication with for the projects were Sergey and Miguel. Both are extremely kind, considerate, and professional, and you can see that they are skilled at what they do.

It can be overwhelming to start any construction project, which we definitely felt at the beginning. But these guys were very helpful even in the process of shopping and acquiring materials, and giving input which helped our decision making when choosing materials. From planning to demolition, from the first installation to touching up the smallest paint imperfection, both Sergey and Miguel were amazing and got the job done right.

We are incredibly happy with the results of our project, and could not recommend them more, and would 100% invite them for any future projects. Thank you AMD for a job done well beyond our expectations!

Sergi & the team did a great job on my project. I did a bathroom renovation and they completed it in about 13 days. The price was exceptional and Sergi was very easy to reach if I had any questions. We had a couple small hiccups but they were easily resolved. I will plan to work with them again for future projects. See before & after photos attached.

I was in need of a drywall repair, exhaust fan replacement and range replacement at one of my rental homes. I sent Danylo some photos and he responded same day with a quote and date to complete the repairs. Eugene met me on-site and went to work. They were clean, fast and workmanship was exceptional.
