The guys who came were helpful, polite and professional.

Sat in the garage way too long. 100% recommended for everyone and the guys were very nice. Great value. I would use them again the next time.

I moved to another city and needed my Marin storeroom cleaned out of the things I decided to leave behind.
Anaw was responsive through yelp, phone and text message--even when I needed to change their arrival time.
They had some last minute issues and had to postpone until the next day--but they showed up when they promised, they did the job right--and even took photos so I could see their work.
They also gave me the lowest quote of any junk hauling service I contacted through Yelp.
Highly recommended!

We had bags of clothes that needed to be donated, and not only did they pick them up promptly, but they also took them to the Salvation Army for us. Their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the level of service they provided. The team was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. I was going to have the repair work done anyway, so after the repairs were completed, I notified Anaw Hauling, and true to their word, they took care of the remediation work. That really exceeded my expectations.

Jul 1, 2024Previous reviewFirst I have to say that Anaw was very responsive and professional in their communications. Second, their prices were very competitive! The haulers showed up on time and were very quick to remove the two bed frames, mattresses and Ikea bookcase. I helped them out by loosening the bolts on the bed frames. I did have to ask them to be careful with the walls while they were hauling the pieces out of the apartment. I was quoted $165-$180 and was hoping for the $165, but when I asked the two haulers the cost, they didn't seem to know, so I gave them the range that I was quoted, and of course, they asked for $180 (this was still cheaper than anyone else). And, I still tipped them $20/each and that was that. But, when I went in to the second bedroom, I noticed that they had gauged a small area of my wood floor. I understand that things happen, but I wish they would have told me.

Jan 13, 2022Previous reviewHired Anaw Hauling to remove my old hot tub. Ray and Juan came and did a great job! Eve handled the scheduling beautifully and didn't put pressure on me to make a decision. I called Anaw when comparing companies. In the end this pre booking professionalism was a big part of my decision. They offered fair pricing and great easy upfront service. They delivered on the day of the job beautifully. Would highly recommend this team!
