Last year Todd helped me with a gas burner that I was having trouble with. He was on time and fixed my issue. Last week my ice maker stopped making ice, so I called Todd. Not only did he fix the issue with my ice maker, but he also recommended someone to help with better waterflow to my ice maker and water dispenser.
Due to his work quality and responsiveness, for any appliance issue, Todd will be the one I go to.

Our 20+ year old Sub-Zero refrigerator finally needed service. Todd came highly recommended by our neighborhood message group. He came the next day after I called and quickly found the problem. After he explained to us what needed to be done, we decided to go ahead since he seemed to be very knowledgeable about Sub-Zero. He came back with all the parts a week later and pretty much rebuilt the refrigerator side of the unit. It has been a month now and everything is working well. I would definitely call him if we need service for other appliances.

I originally reached out to Todd because I had tried someone else and the difference was night and day. The other guy said that changing one part usually fixes it whereas Todd tested multiple things and was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was.

Todd has become my goto guy whenever anything is wrong with an appliance at our home. He's honest, super responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

This is not the first time that Todd has helped me with a seemingly impossible repair. The door on my Whirlpool washer would not open, and it seemed like I was going to go down with the ship.

First of all, his response time was nothing short of rapid. Before he even came out, he suggested very specific and professional solutions to fix the problem- and I'm not talking things like "unplug it" it was specific washer codes from Whirlpool, and what they meant. When that didn't work, he set me up with a visit.

So glad I kept his number after all these (6-7) years, because that's how long I easily remembered his ethical and effective service. I hope he never retires.

Helpful, generous, honest, and contentious. I'm was recommended highly by a friend and I called for what I thought was a dishwasher problem. Instead of just taking my money for a service visit, they talked through the issue on the phone and encouraged me to run a couple of tests. Turns out they were right and my problem was something ritually different for which I needed a plumber. When I do have an appliance issue, I know who I'll call.

Todd is amazing. He can solve the toughest repairs for our refrigerator. Others tried and failed.

I read others comments that you can enter your service request on Todd's website and he responds promptly. That is an understatement! His outgoing voice message said he was away on family leave but that didn't stop him from writing within minutes to explain what the problem likely is with our dishwasher, and telling us how to reset it because that sometimes is all it needs. When I wrote explaining why we couldn't use his procedure to do the reset, he immediately wrote again to give us an alternative approach. We are trying Dong Kim again to see if he can fix it tomorrow, but will certainly rely on Todd for future repairs.

Todd runs his five-star business like a professional! We have an old Thermador built-in side-by-side refrigerator (similar to KitchenAid) and the freezer was not cooling as it should. I contacted Todd via his website, he came a few days later and diagnosed the problem as a leaky evaporator. He replaced the part a couple of weeks later and recharged the coolant. Now my ice cream stays solid frozen :-)

Todd came recommended from a previous technician who wasn't able to fix the ice machine in my Sub-Zero freezer. I actually had multiple technicians over the last couple years take a look and no one could figure it out. Todd spent hours troubleshooting with Sub-Zero employees and was able to get my ice machine to work again. Was an honor watching him work. Would highly recommend him for any issue to your fridge or freezer. And he couldn't be a nicer guy. 5 stars!!!
