Apex Limousine Service

My husband and I are seniors. After getting through a year of staying home to stay safe in 2020 we cancelled several vacation plans and found ourselves requiring surgeries in 2021 to get us back to our normal lives again. Wanting to stay as independent as possible and enjoy having to deal with various medical locations we contacted Apex Limousine to do the driving for us on 11 various days thru March and April 2021.

We got to know 3 drivers in this time - Alex, Leo, and Sasha as well as Nelly in the office. All drivers came right on time and/or usually a few minutes early, dressed professionally and wore masks. The cars were always clean and had plexiglass dividers to protect us. The luxury cars gave a quite comfortable ride. The drivers never gave us any worries as all are excellent drivers. During our appointments drivers were always close by and easy to communicate with for our pick up to go back home. The office was always very easy to communicate with too by phone and emails. Their emails stayed up with the quick pace of scheduling as our doctors requesting further appointments.

We totally enjoyed their service like mini-vacations for our required medical services. Both of us are all patched up, have now gotten our vaccines, and are able to drive our own cars again. Next time we want to go to wine country with our family and we will let Apex do the driving so we all can taste the wines!

We had Alex shuttle an entire wedding party to and from the hotel to venue. He was very patient as all of the different groups of parties were running late and he was able to make sure everything stayed on the timeline. We would definitely recommend using Apex Transportation and Alex.

Apex Limousine Service far exceeded our expectations. The customer service we received from Neli was exceptional and very responsive. I had a lot of questions and received prompt answers. Neli helped me walk through the process. Our driver Alex was exceptional as well. It came as no surprise that Alex has been a limo driver for Apex since 2007. His professionalism, knowledge, and humor were a real treat.

Really impressed with Apex Limousine Service. Our driver, Alex M., took very good care of our (sometimes rowdy) group. He was on time, kept us on schedule for multiple stops and even put up with our horrible singing and incessant requests for photos. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fabulous service and driver Eric is the best of the best! We had a delightful tour of Napa. Car was clean comfortable and spacious. Eric attentive, and interesting and informative driver - always available exactly when we needed him. Ask for Eric!

I reached out to Alex on yelp for my son's prom the week before we needed the limo. He responded within 15 mins and was very professional and patient with all my questions. My sons friends ended up booking a 6 passenger limo and they showed up with a 2020 9-seater. The limo was beautiful--clean, well kept, and in excellent condition. It was fully stocked with water and soda. The driver, Sasha, was friendly and explained what to expect for the night and how to play music to the kids from their phones. He gave us his cell phone number just in case. We checked out several companies and their prices are very competitive and lower than most. I highly recommend Apex limousines. We will definitely use them again.

5 Star Professional and Friendly Service, Donn one of their drivers, is EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend this company! They provided a luxury ride for us to and from the airport. Our vacation literally started when we walked out our front door! I will be using them for wine tours in Napa as well!

Our driver, Sasha, was wonderful. He was so professional and accommodating of our needs. We had a wonderful tour of couple of wineries in Napa Valley. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I made a reservation kind of last minute - Friday for a 'girls afternoon out' in Livermore at 3 of my favorite places. Eric was our driver and he was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive. I had originally planned on maybe 4 hours but we used the whole 6 and got back in the nick of time. It was so lovely. I gave him timeframes for each place and he helped keep us on track. Eric arrived about 10 minutes early (as any good limo does (IMHO) and was delightful. I would use Apex again for sure and would request Eric if I could get him. Great afternoon. Thanks Apex and Eric.
