Appliance Repair Palo Alto

I contacted them and they never called 30 minutes to say they was coming and they was 20 later than the window of time 10;00-1:00pm my mom refrigerator was leaking in the back, he stated it was clog/frozen over he cleaned it out and said it was fixed. Within 1 hour it was leaking again and worst. I called to have them return. He said it must be the water line and I need to contact a plumber. Well $200 later I had to call a plumber cause they wouldn't return.my mother is over 70 and black, I think they took advantage of her, however when I get to town I will visit there office.but will never use or recommend them.....poor customer service hou
