Star! The repairman came and fixed our stove in 15 minutes. Same day.

This was an OK repair. Nik came out, he was competent, found the issue quickly, and was respectful and efficient. The repair was able to be made the same day with a part off the truck. This was all very much appreciated. A six month warranty on the repair was provided.

On my GE Profile Refrigerator, PFE28PSKBSS, the refrigerator compartment evaporator fan had failed, a Nidec V80E14MS2A3-57A611. This is apparently a common failure on these fridges, and the part is generally available for about $50. The repair took about 1 hour. However, the breakdown of the repair cost was:

$70 diagnostic fee
$60 ice melting
$150 parts cost
$215 labor
$495 total

The pricing was not particularly transparent and that feels a bit too high. Particularly $60 for 10 minutes with a steam wand and the 300% markup on the part.

I contacted L-One and they were very prompt at answering. They confirmed an appointment the next morning. Nik was early and got right to the job, fixing our dryer in less than an hour. He cleaned up afterwards and we were very pleased with his service I would highly recommended them. Prompt, knowledgeable and thorough.

Contacted them for the second time regarding my fridge and the response time was quick. My go to for appliance repair!!

Nick came within two hours of when I called about my 14 year old broken dryer and diagnosed it quickly but the part was unavailable but he found a used one on ebay that he had me order and came back three days later when the board arrived and made it work

L-one is the most amazing appliance repair company I have ever seen. I called them to fix my Maytag Neptune dryer...supposedly the best dryer on the market...... but it suddenly stopped working. Nik came over and determined the control board was malfunctioning, and found out that they are no longer made..... but instead of telling me to buy a new dryer, he takes the board back to his shop...... and rebuilds it himself..... hahahahah... unbelievable.... he brings it back the next day.... and presto.... the dryer works better than it ever has in the 20 years I have owned it..... absolutely incredible. I have used a dozen appliance repair companies over the years, and none of them could ever do something like this.

Then I had him look at my 50 year old wall oven which stopped working.....I really thought there was no hope for that one... but sure enough..... in 10 minutes he found a wire that was broken, and 20 minute later... it was fixed and good as new.

These are not normal experiences in the modern appliance repair environment......I was very lucky to find these guys by accident, but now I know where to go, whenever something breaks down.

They are quick and responsive. There process was quick and very professional. I called about my Viking stove. They came out the next day to take a look at it. They were here for 10 minutes and figured out the issue. They called the next day and said they have the part to fix it! They gave me a time they would show up and they were on time. They also texted me to let me know the tech is on his way. There quoting process is very nice on text. My son is a contractor and I'm going to see if he wants to use this type of quoting service. I highly recommended them and will recommend there services to family and friends!

L-ONE replaced my Samsung icemaker. The process was quick, smooth, and professional- all reasonably priced. An early indication of L-ONE's attention to detail was that he texted a photo of himself ahead. A nice security touch. He also did a thorough diagnostic before deciding I needed a replacement part. Then, he pulled up the relevant Samsung Service Bulletin to ensure that the correct parts were ordered. He even gave me the option of ordering from Amazon. I seldom see this level of effort. Highly recommended!

Did work as requested. Was quick to respond. I didn't end up having them fix it as the refresh is old.

They are quick and responsive. That includes weekend coverage. Albeit the overall part and labor were more than buying two 6 cu ft backup freezer, I hired them to fix the GE Monogram side-by-side refrigerator. Then quickly ordered a backup freezer to put in the garage.
