My fridge stopped dispensing water suddenly. I called a bunch of refrigerator repair companies. They either don't take on "small job" like mine or they don't even respond to my messages. Then I called Appliance Repair Tech. Anton picked my call and scheduled a diagnostic appointment the next day for me. The repair tech, Alvik, came in with mask and shoe covers. Alvik was professional, careful and very patient. My fridge is over 10 years old. It was not a quick issue to figure out, but he was able to find the problem. Anton scheduled a repair appointment as soon as he received the part. Thanks to Appliance Repair Tech, my water dispenser is working again! The whole process dealing with Appliance Repair Tech was effortless and efficient. The price was also very reasonable. I am so glad that I found Appliance Repair Tech that I can turn to when I need any appliance repairs in my small household. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Tech!!

Didn't call back after I paid $1500 to have an oven work. Not good customer service. The company is quick to call back when you need service, but not
to fix the problem. Do not use this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Called Anton for a refrigerator issue and he came the next day. He had fixed my oven a year prior and we have not had any problems. He inspected my fridge and determined it would be in my best interest to buy a new one. What a honest technician! He said he could've easily charged me $600 in labor and replaced the condenser but that wouldn't be a good investment in the long run. Can't say how good a feeling having an appliance technician who is honest and cares. He is definitely in this business for the long run! Thank you Anton, I will definitely send you business if anyone ever needs a honest appliance technician!

I called on Monday to request service for my dishwasher. By Tuesday morning, the technician was already here and fixed everything perfectly. The technician was EXTREMELY knowledgable. The entire process was easy peasy and wonderfully pleasant, and a great value too. I highly recommend this place! A+++++++! Bravo!

We used Yelp to request a quote for repair, which ended up going out to four Bay Area companies. One company never responded. Two said they wouldn't work with us since we already had the replacement parts for our GE Café induction range (sent under warranty from GE). Appliance Repair Tech was the only company of the four that said they'd do the job.

And they did! Tuesday they came out, replaced the circuit board, and made sure it all worked. The two men who came to do the work were masked the entire time (so we wore masks as well), and did a great job, within the estimated repair price range.

Next time, I won't bother with getting quotes through Yelp for appliance repair. I'll just go directly to Appliance Repair Tech.

Called ART to repair a dishwasher that wasn't draining. Service technician was prompt to arrive within the scheduled hours. Cleared out the blockage that was preventing the dishwasher to drain properly. Service was great and reasonably priced. We definitely will call them again if and when my next appliance experiences an issue.

Very quick and professional I was going to get it to New dishwasher, but I'm so glad I called them instead. Every day, my dishwasher works. They are helping me live my best clean dishes Life.
