I little late with writing this review. A couple of years ago our Bosh dishwasher stopper working. Sergey did a diagnostic for a reasonable fee and determined that the sump pump motor was bad. He was honest to point out that it was price prohibitive to hire him to fix the 14 years old machine since a new factory motor and labor was going to be more than half the price of a new unit and there could be other problems coming soon.

He suggested to get an used motor and see if I can replace it myself. I did so for around $100 and spent half a day working on it but in the end it worked! Few days later I noticed that there was water at the bottom of the machine as it sat overnight. Sergey suggested that the inlet stop valve was probably leaking. I ordered the part and replaced it - problem solved. Two years later the dishwasher is still working great.

I contacted Sergey at Apror concerning a torn baffle on my stackable Bosch front loading washer.

Sergey had to order the part. Sergey kept me up to date on the delivery of the part and we arranged for service a day or two after delivery. Sergey arrived on time and was able to replace the torn baffle without having to remove the dryer from on top of the washer. I think he completed the job in about 30 minutes. Sergey's price was very reasonable.

Sergey was at my house today to look at our dishwasher that has been leaking. He was on time, honest, and thorough. He pointed out there was a hole in the actual plastic that can't be repaired and then walked me through all the best options for replacement models. Two thumbs up for Sergey in fixing our Whirlpool washer. I trust this guy and highly recommend his service. Our washer stopped during a washing load, with clothes and water inside, locked and had an F21 error message. Sergey diagnosed the clogged drain, and cleared the clog caused by a sock and years of build up. He meticulously cleared the drain clog, cleaned the water from the washer floor, and even wore shoe covers inside the house. He was punctual, reliable, and charged a reasonable price. Thanks Sergey!

Sergey was AMAZING!! Our refrigerator/freezer was losing its ability to keep things cold. I contacted him on a Thursday morning, he got back to me saying he would be in the area and could come by mid-day. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue within minutes, said he could get the part the next morning and be back in less than 24 hours. And he did! Fantastic job and experience. Sergey is honest, efficient and thorough. He came years ago to fix our dishwasher which needed a new motherboard. Now he's come to fix our 15+ yo dryer. Finished in under an hour and we are so happy with his work!
