Arborist Now

We have a mature japanese maple in our backyard. It had been very poorly pruned, 3-years ago by someone who claimed that he was very familiar with how to prune them properly 3. The tree was butchered and was now completely overgrown while we were waiting to see where it was going to go.
Our neighbor recommended Arborist Now and had worked with Remy for a large tree in her backyard. Access is very difficult in our neighborhood, as many of the homes abut each other, so to reach the backyards one must go through the houses and up several flights of stairs from the street to the backyards. The streets are narrow and difficult to navigate and parking is difficult.
Remy came to provide an estimate very quickly. We were able to schedule an appointment promptly. On the day of the trimming, Remy called to tell us who would be coming and what to expect. Jeremy and Pedro came right on time. They protected our wood floors and the carpet where they had to come through the house. They listened carefully to what we wanted, provided their experienced opinion and guidance, and then they expertly trimmed our tree. They cleaned up thoroughly everywhere (front stairs, inside and the yard), and they carried all the debris out to the truck.

I can now breath a sigh of relief that our beautiful tree will look fabulous as it leafs out, and can remain healthy. We plan to have them back in the early winter next year to handle a couple of pine trees, that have never had the dead wood removed, are growing over our fence and have been making a mess.
I am notoriously hard to please, because when I pay a professional to do a job, I expect to receive a professionally completed service and clean-up that is better than I could have done myself. I could not be more pleased, and I will not hesitate to recommend 'Arborists Now' to all of my neighbors and friends.

Arborist Now has been my annual "go to" for maintenance of my street side tree - Arbutus "Marina" (Strawberry tree). Every year, I am so pleased with the quality of the work they do - the communication and scheduling process is easy; the tree is trimmed away from the building and the overhead wires and it always looks so good. They also haul away all of trimmings...not a trace left on the street. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work they do to help maintain the tree's health and beauty. The Arborist Now team was amazing. They had great communication, provided an all-inclusive price to prune a 40' avocado in a house with no tradesman's entrance. They arrived promptly, were efficient, installed all of the protection in the house, and cleaned up.

Arborist Now is a firm I have used for a number of years and, in addition, they work in the neighborhood in which I live for the association. They work in huge Monterey cypress trees and all other families of beautiful trees. For me they prune and maintain a very large magnolia. They are professional in every respect. Their knowledge is comprehensive, and therefore their appropriate care of our trees is first rate. In addition, they are responsive and always accommodating, as well as on time and efficient. They also respect the environment in which they are working. Once they are done, aside from the improved condition of the trees, you cannot tell they were ever there. They are a "must call" if you are looking for tree maintenance.

Unfortunately, premium pricing doesn't mean premium service.

If you use Arborist Now I suggest making sure the arborist is present for the trimming or has adequately instructed the trimmers beforehand.

Arborist Now is one of those rare companies that you are thrilled to work with year after year. They planted three redwoods and a coastal oak on my property and the arborist George came back to check on the trees that first season to make sure they are healthy and established. Since then, they have returned to care for the mature oak and pine on my property, carefully trimming to allow air and light and to keep them trimmed away from solar panels. They care about the trees and their longevity as much as I do, and I have been so pleased with their work. What's more, they helped me deal with a difficult neighbor in the tree trimming process and made everyone happy. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend George and his team at Arborist Now enough!

We have a beautiful large box elder maple in our backyard. It overhangs the house and we wanted to make sure it was healthy and not rubbing against our roofline. George came out to give us a quote and took the time to explain what care the box elder maple needed and why, plus give us care tips for a few of our smaller fruit trees, too. He clearly cares deeply about trees and has a wealth of knowledge about them, and it felt good to know that our trees would be pruned by an expert arborist, not just anybody with a chainsaw!

On the day of work, George and his team arrived promptly, went over their plan with us, and got straight to work. The box elder looks beautiful, and they were able to add one of the fruit trees to the pruning list even though we only asked them on the spot! They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard neat as a pin. We had string lights up around the backyard that they had to take down to prune, and they put those back up as well.

On top of all this, the price is right. If you have trees you love and want them properly cared for, hire George and his team.

Robinson and his team came and processed a felled cedar trunk that we felled in our back yard today. We wanted to save this valuable wood and use it for home repairs, but we were in a bind about how to move a log this big to a mill. They had the perfect tool for the job which I can only describe as like a chainsaw on rails. They cleaned up the yard afterward of sawdust and were courteous and respectful the entire time. Highly recommend!

I scheduled the trimming of two Crabapple trees and could not be happier with the results. From the moment I had my consultation with Remy I felt confident in their services. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish in the garden and explained his plan according to the trees and their season.
The day of the trimming the crew arrived at 10:00 am and explained the process. They again listened to what I wanted and were efficient in their execution. The trimming and clean up was completed in an hour. I have used three different arborist in the past and Arborist Now (Martin, Jeremiah and crew) are the best. I will most definitely use them again this Fall for my other trees.

My neighbors and I wanted to have our trees pruned so we contacted several companies to obtain bids for the work to be completed.

Upon contacting ArboristNow, Josh responded to take an assessment of our needs. Josh was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Through our discussion, he had an understanding of our expectations at which time he informed me that I would receive his proposal within a day.

Based on the quick response from Josh coupled with his knowledge, professionalism and follow-through, we ultimately chose ArboristNow to complete the necessary work in our respective yards.

A date was set and we had the pleasure of meeting with Jeremiah, Santos and Mauricio. Under the direction or Jeremiah, they formulated their plan and commenced with their work. Through their concerted efforts, these men worked in harmony and seamlessly throughout the day, which proved to be very successful.

Jeremiah, Santos and Mauricio are to be commended for a job done well. They were easy to work with, they were flexible and they did a great job pruning and shaping several different types of trees. When their work was finished, they left our yards cleaner than they were to begin with!

Based on my experience, I would use ArboristNow again and I would recommend them to anyone who had tree pruning & shaping needs.
