It was the start of the heat wave before i started my yelp project i called our previous repair man. These guys came the same day like i called and they sent someone within an hour. There was no one that could come that soon, he figured out what needed to be done and finished the work the next day. He was honest and offered a good price $195 labor $35 per pound of freon $99 cleaning. Listen your not going to get better pricing. My ac is working fabulous and it's really old. Like i haven't had cool air upstairs in over a year. I just didn't want to get cheated. I will call them again to get a new system installed special is around $5600. For quick service and a great price I highly recommend.

Called several other HVAC companies due to our AC going out during this terrible heat wave, ARTIC was the only one available for the same day appointment and was the most affordable for a diagnostic fee that was applied to our total balance due.

I created a project because I needed my microwave checked. I received several responses, but decided to go with fix me. The cost for the diagnosis was $75. He was able to fix the issue and it took him no time really. I appreciate the thoroughness and promptness of the call. I highly recommend.

Horrible experience. First told me they would come from 4-6:00, but didn't show up. I texted & was told they didn't confirm the appointment. I don't know what confirm other than saying yes to 4-6:00 appt. Next day they came, but didn't even look at the stove, just said parts were bad & need to be replaced. Refused to even open back & run diagnostics. Said part they put in before was fine, but wouldn't check & I need to get a different part altogether & there would be another charge for them to get part & put it in. I had to pay over $200 to get them to come out to look at it, another $200 for them to come back to install part. Now they wanted to replace a different part & charge me over $200. I don't think the guy knew what he was doing. They wanted me to pay once again. I refused because it would have cost me over $700 for a part that he guessed was the problem. What a rip off. They specialize with HVAC, but when I contacted them it was under a different name for appliance repair. What a sham.

Great service and fast response even on a Friday night after 6pm. I work 6 days a week and of course before work I notice my washer isn't draining. Ugh. I reached out on Yelp and they were nice enough to come fix my machine after 6:15 on a Friday evening. Truly a life saver as I have kids so we all know how crucial reliability in a washing machine is. Turns out a wire from a bra or bathing suit was stuck in my machine drain causing the issue. They were right on time and done by 7pm. Fast, efficient and very friendly plus affordable. Thank you!

Look no further for an appliance repair company! Our microwave stopped heating and turning and we have the microwave/oven combo, so if one goes out entirely then the whole unit needs to be replaced. I was really hoping to not have to spend thousands on a new unit when our oven was completely fine. Fix Me responded right away and was able to replace the parts for our microwave and it is just like new! I couldn't believe it! Very fair price considering how labor intensive it was to move the entire unit out. Thank you so much!!
