Arroyo Used Appliances

Loved their customer service and prices so much, we went back for a washer!

My fridge, and washing machine all went out in the same week! Spoke to my sister about buying a fridge and she found Arroyo Appliances and told me to check them out, I checked them out in person and was really surprised, wide selection, loved their selection and prices! Purchased a fridge and then when my washer went out, we went back and purchased one too.
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable about each appliance and the prices are fantastic. The appliances all come with a 90 day warranty , which gave me a piece of mind.

I am very pleased with both my appliances and will go back for my next appliance. Thank you for the excellent customer service and helping me save a lot of money!

Selection excellent. But service SUCKS. texted back and forth, then went to showroom. Neighbor opened door for us and got owner (?) on phone. We sent picture of stove and agreed to delivery fee to have same day. This did not happen. Owner (?) says sorry, Monday.

Verified Monday. Long text chain for commit by 6pm. Gave them all day, then checked in. Owner (?) says "oh, my guys did not show up today". So you knew all day and didn't contact me? Couldn't be bothered to let me know?

CANCELLED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS. I might have waited longer if they had been honest and up front. They lied TWICE, too late.

They advertise appliances on Facebook and have a live person to interact with viewers. I scheduled a visit to their store 20 miles away. The store was tightly closed. I called the number on a note. The response was that he didn't have time to show the appliances. The live person on the Facebook gave me another number. No one answered my call. Be advised to ensure someone is in the store (as always claimed) before you go.

Saw their ad for a used range on Craigslist. Unfortunately, they sold me a range the oven doesn't work. Tried multiple times for them to resolve it. Still waiting... Be careful! DON"T buy from them.

Bought a washer and dryer. Guys came 1.5 hours late and without drier tape. I went and bought some. Fine. Finished install myself. Fine. Put the first load in the washer...1/2 load to make sure it was working. Error code for bad motor.....not fine.

Saw their ad for a used fridge on Craigslist. Julio texted me more pics and I bought it sight unseen. It was delivered the next morning in great condition and he took away our old fridge. I'm very happy with the purchase. So far so good

I was asked to talk to the manager through phone to place an order. The manager said he doesn't know how to sell. Then he hung up.

Do not purchase from this business, it appears to be operating illegally and sells broken refrigerators. I've had two from them, the first failed within a month, the second within a week.

We came to browse and when we got there the sign on their door said it was closed even though it was during business hours. There was a number posted outside so we called it. A man answered and my husband asked if they were open and the guy on the other end sounded like he had no idea what we were talking about. Then he said he would call the man inside to open the door for us. Once inside there were no posted prices on anything and the man said if we were interested he would have to call and get the prices. We asked for the prices on a couple items and waited around for him to find out. We ended up leaving for a few to discuss our options and decided to go back and purchase a refrigerator even though we were still a little weirded out with the service. Before we left I had my husband call just to make sure they were still going to be open even though they weren't set to close for another 3 hours. Sure enough the man we originally called said they were closed for the day and to come tomorrow. Needless to say, we ended up going to do business elsewhere because of the shady customer service.
