No one Better//called at 7am by 7:40 they were onsite..squeezed me in on their way to several other jobs//did a quick temp fix that got us thru that Heatwave..Came back a week later and rewired the whole thing..Mice chewed the wires.
I have rarely experienced such quality customer service.

We had a unit installed 8 years ago by Hassler. The AC unit stopped working a couple weeks ago. After 3 visits (no joke) by Hassler, it was determined we needed a new compressor for $2,623. YIKES.
I contacted ASAP (Curtis) for a second opinion. He showed up the next day and discovered:
1. Unit was miswired
2. Unit did not need a new compressor
3. Unit did not need the $400 part Hassler installed their first attempt to fix it.
Curtis removed the $400 part they installed, rewired our unit, and installed a new CAPACITOR...for a grand total of $150!! He saved us $2,473!
Here's the BEST part. He did this repair in less than 5 minutes. I am not exaggerating!
I learned two things today:
1. Curtis is fast, friendly, ethical and honest. All our future AC biz goes to him.

We had tried 5 - 10 heating and air conditioning companies until our realtor recommended ASAP. The other companies had quotes between $11k and $25k. The first company came out and basically said the job couldn't be done because they no longer made one of the units in the right size. The second company started work and destroyed the condenser, then stopped without installing the indoor component. Several weeks later I contacted our realtor, who referred us to ASAP.
ASAP came out on Tuesday (the next day,) installed the new outdoor condenser on Wednesday, pointing out that the existing indoor unit worked fine and didn't need replacement. Our air conditioning and heating worked fine that afternoon AND they charged us just $5k - ONE HALF to ONE FIFTH of the quotes by the other companies. I'm sad to say I was met with a very rude, defensive, and combative attitude when politely and kindly asking important logical questions pertaining to my A/C unit after my unit stopped working just two months following Curtis's recharge services. I do not take giving poor reviews lightly, but I feel it necessary in this case to ensure others are aware, as the the lack of professionalism and customer service that Curtis displayed was incredibly disappointing.
Within the first minute of arriving to our follow up appointment, with little to no review/inspection whatsoever, Curtis swiftly advised that he would not be able to assist me further and proceeded to tell me that my entire complex's A/C line system would have to be restructured and a new A/C unit installed. (If this was the case, why did he service my unit as-is in June?)
He also insisted that the Freon was low again (despite him just filling it in June) due to a "leak", yet refused to show me the leak and refused to add more Freon - he then quickly became disgruntled and immediately left premise. I was very taken back and confused by his erratic behavior. He was in & out of my complex in 3 minutes.
I had a different business come out the following day, who took their time to thoroughly inspect the unit and the unit's surrounding area. Upon proper inspection, it was quickly determined that the fuse box was damaged and needed to be replaced, which would explain why the unit was without power. They installed a new fuse box and the A/C unit turned on immediately. My A/C is now fully functional with no issue. They also confirmed that there is plenty of Freon, and none needed to be added.

The question is why did I service at the first time it was 110° out is my first time there it was low on Freon. It had a bad fuse and I went ahead and got it up and running. I have no history with this equipment. She called me back two months later and I go out there for free and I explained to her that they’re Teflon lines and they’re leaking and there’s really no for it. I was not combative at all! She was the one that was confronting me and getting in my face so I walked away.

Responded quickly and came in 24 hours to assess our broken AC system during a record heatwave, which was the earliest out of any company we contacted. Charged $300 to replace a broken capacitor, was in and out within 30 minutes tops and that too on a holiday (July 4th). We appreciate coming in so quickly on a holiday to fix our AC!

I had my furnace and AC unit installed by Curtis and his team over ten years ago, and I've never encountered any issues with either of them. However, I'm compelled to give them a five-star review for their exceptional service, going above and beyond.
Recently, we embarked on a yard renovation project that involved relocating the AC unit. Curtis promptly responded to my request and came out to disconnect the unit, allowing the work to commence. Several months later, he returned to reroute the electrical wiring and reinstall the AC unit in its new location.
As an added bonus, Curtis demonstrated his versatility as an electrician by efficiently converting our plug-in hot tub from 100 to 220 volts. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process.
