      First, Old Republic recommended them to me as they hold a contract with my warranty provider.

      Two techs came to my home to assess my full size front load lg true steam washer. After inspecting they told me what they thought the issue was, but began stating they could not repair it because my full-size washer and dryer are stacked in a laundry closet upstairs. We were asked to unstack it and they would return.

      One week later we unstacked the appliances, but left a gas line connected in hopes that a laundry appliance repair person would be able to disconnect it. A tech returns just to tell us he cant disconnect a line from the back of the machine and that we needed the gas company to come out...to disconnect a line from the appliance they were here to fix.

      He leaves again stating he would contact the gas company, but literally does nothing to repair our issue and requested the trade call fee associated with the visit...he also tried to have me sign a form stating he completed the job.

      2 days later my warranty holder tells me they were sending a new appliance repair company out because this company asked them to transfer my contract due to their inability to repair my brand of appliance...so much for them calling the gas company I guess.

      Dont waste time or money on or with them. I am now on my 3rd week without a washing machine because they wasted two weeks of my time.

      My Refrigerator was not cooling properly and "AT Appliances" was sent by my Home Warranty Company. I reviewed the Reviews on YELP and I was skeptical and worried, but decided to just go through with the appointment and am glad I did. Igor the service tech did an amazing job. He fixed the problem and cleaned the components of the refrigerator by accessing the back and inside of the refrigerator, I was very impressed.

      Is there a negative stars option? This company is a joke! Worst company and customer service I have ever encountered! I unfortunately was stuck with this company through my home warranty!
      Technician was scheduled to be at my house 5/10/24 @ 3:30 (which was arranged at the time of scheduling bc I made it clear that I couldn't be at the house until 3:30). I was there at 3:30, no technician...4:15 no technician....I call and am informed that the technician was there at 3:15 and left bc there was no answer. I of course explained the time arrangement and asked why the technician didn't even call me? I could have told him I would be there in just a few minutes. They told me the technicians only wait 10 minutes....i said if he would have called me, he would have found out that he wouldn't be waiting more than 5 extra minutes (if he even waited at all)! The technician couldn't come back of course and the soonest they could reschedule was a week later 5/16/24.
      Technician comes on that date and determines what needs to be done, orders parts and says it shows 5-7 business days for delivery.
      I have a house full of people coming to stay at my house from 5/27 - 6/4 for my daughter's graduation as well as hosting her grad party on 6/1/24. I call customer service on 5/17/24 to explain my situation and ask to have an appointment scheduled for no later than 5/24 to make sure that the fridge is fixed in plenty of time but customer service doesn't care one bit, 2 different people I spoke to were so rude and both replied like robots....."I'm sorry the system won't allow us to do that". I tried to plead with them and explain that if it takes a week for the parts to come in and then they schedule "at the next available time" that I couldn't wait another week after that for the repair so I would like to just have the repair appointment on the books to avoid that.....they just flat refused it or to do anything that might assure the repair in time.
      I have never experienced a company that doesn't care one bit about customer satisfaction...I am truly disgusted by this company and completely shocked that they even still have their doors open!
      If you get assigned this company through your home warranty.....do yourself a favor and demand a different company!!!

      My warranty company sent AT Appliance to repair my washer. The problem was, the water was not spinning out the water during the spin cycle like the basket was off track.
      The technician took the washer apart, and started pounding in the bearings. He said bearings fell off and broke the rotor. As a result, there was a strong fluid odor, and he took the washer with him to do the repair. He returned 3 weeks later, hooked it up, and it flooded my wash room. After cleaning that up, and hooking it up correctly, we ran it, and the same problem occurred where the basket was not spinning, and releasing the water. He said he needed to order a new basket. Over a week later, I called the company and asked for a status on repair. They told me the basket was in transit so I had to wait for it to arrive before I can set appointment, so I waited.
      A week later, the warranty company called and said the washer could not verify repaired, and they will replace.
      After 8 weeks, I finally received a new washer delivered by GE. My original washer was a Maytag.

      If I could go negative on this, I would!! I was referred to them by my home warranty company, I had no choice. The tech came out and determined it was a lose belt. He "fixed" it and left. I ran a load, and STILL had a problem with the spin cycle. I called them back within an hour, and dispatched said they spoke with the tech and the tech said he had to order a part and it would be a week to come back. He came back, a week later, we ran a load , and he blamed me for under loading it. As if I had no idea how to operate a washing machine I've had for 7 years. We ran a full load of clothes, and in the end the tech said it was fixed ASAP HE'S HOLDING A SOPPING WET TOWEL!!!!! He then said he spent too much time here and he was late to another appointment. I called them back a 3rd time and escalated to a supervisor who said the tech said it's my fault. They REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR WORK OR TECH!!!

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

      This company is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. We go through a home warranty who assigns the job to them. Wait a week for a tech to come out, he does the "repair" and says "he thinks it should be ok". 10 minutes later, same issue.

      I call back and ask them to re-dispatch, they say somebody will call me back, they don't call back the entire day.

      Call them back the next day, then they tell me it's going to be another 5-7 days for a part and then they will send another tech out.

      By the time they get back my washing machine will have been broken for over 2 weeks, ridiculous.

      Do not recommend this company, they are the worst.

      I am writing this review for my daughter who purchased a washer with an Samsung washing machine from Lowes from my sister which included a Lowes Protection Plan. The washer was one year old when it stopped working. It has taken 10 days to for them to come out to look at the washer, then 20 days to get approval which was bullshit. Lowes Assurance Warranty said it was approved 8/12 when they came out but someone is lying either Lowes or AT Appliance. After calling every day to find out why it wasn't ordered, they said it finally was approved 8/22 and ordered and will take 7-10 days but that is another lie. It was just ordered 8/26 and will take 7-10 days. They don't expedite their parts and then it will take another 10 days probably to get the dam appointment. What an inconvenience. I will NEVER BUY FROM LOWES! I WILL NEVER USE THIS APPLIANCE COMPANY OR LOWES PROTECTION PLAN WITH LOWES ASSURANCE WARRANTY. PARTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPROVED, ORDERED AND EXPEDITED IMMEDIATELY. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE TO BE WITHOUT A WASHING MACHINE FOR A MONTH NOW! LOWES SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE TERRIBLE!

      I have to admit, I read the reviews and was very worried. This work was being done under our Lowes Warranty protection plan. Ivan came out to look at our dishwasher. He was on time, professional, diagnosed issue, had part in his truck. Fixed it. Showed me how to clean my filters. Cleaned up after himself. I could not be happier. Getting the appointment via Lowes 800 number was tough. After 4 weeks, went thru their chat service and got an appointment the next day. I did find out their (Assurant Home Warranty) scheduling was outsourced to the Philippines.

      Home warranty company sent them out to fix our dryer and ice maker. All he said was the dryer vent was kinked. Funny enough it's sat in the same place for the last 7 years and has never been "kinked" before. Shockingly the heating element has been replaced before but supposedly that looks totally fine. Even though the dryer runs for 6 hours and the clothes are still wet.

      Come to the ice maker, I fix it regularly because it "gets frozen" after it dumps the ice? Somehow it can turn and dump the ice but not turn back?!?!? So every time I fix it and now I show the pictures show them what's wrong and I get told well since it's working right now there's nothing I can do, call me when it's broken again and I can come back and fix it. Are you kidding me pictures and videos aren't enough? I have to fix it to keep living my life since it takes 2 weeks to get a technician out to do anything!!! Horrible service. Paid a 90 dollar service fee for you to write me a note? Absolute trash. Home warranty will be hearing from us about using this company and they won't be welcome to our home ever again.

      tech was sent out by FAHW to repair issue with freezer (stuck on vacation mode - not a huge deal but wanted it to be running correctly). Tech vacuumed under the unit & said that was the problem. Also said my freezer was way too warm...above freezing (he showed me his gauge which said something I can't remember what in celsius but it was way above zero celsius...hmmmm, everything was frozen solid rock hard). Said to wait 24 hours & it will reset. Receipt says "condensor repair". It never reset & freezer is still operating as it always had at zero degrees fahrenheit. Thankfully I am now up to date on the previous reviews for this company and will not request them to return to repair. I would rather pay a reputable appliance repair company full price then have AT potentially mess with my expensive built-in freezer.

      Came out a week ago to fix freezer, said he needed to order a part. He never called again. Week later I call and they said work order is closed. Said home warranty does not apply. So unprofessional. No communication. Also, totally lied when said a part needed to be ordered.
