ATA Airport-Taxi-Airport

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will rip you off.
They dont show up to pick you up from the airport, then they wont refund you, despite numerous emails which I have had no response to.
Totally disgusted with the lack of "service". Not professional at all. Would never use them again

The driver was on time for pickup.
He did not get out to help us with our bags, he just sat in the car and waited for us to load them. There was literally no type of communication between us from the time we got in at our pick-up to our drop-off until after we arrived at the airport, unloaded our bags and then he says, "Where is my tip?". This shocked me. Then he responds " You must give me gratuity".
This guy figured he was owed a tip for driving us, even though he never got off his ass to help my wife or I with our bags at pick-up or drop-off. I gave this 3 stars because we arrived on time however, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced from a shuttle.

ATA was an excellent service that really helped me a lot in a time of need. I had forgotten a bag with all of the passports in it at SFO. I realized this when the car left and I was checking into my hotel. I called ATA and within a few minutes my driver was back and brought me to the airport ASAP. The driver did everything possible to that I could find my bag, get back and check in quickly. Within About 40 minutes the issue was resolved. Now my two children and wife are sleeping soundly after a long journey thanks to ATA

I booked a return trip to the hotel. We got picked up at the correct time but the return did not happen. When I called to inquire where the driver was for the 7:30 am pick up, I was told there was another booking at that time and Mohammad thought it was a duplicate. Even with different pick up locations and different invoices. He said he was sorry but would not be able to pick us up to go to the airport.
I had prepaid for the return trip so I expected to be charged for half. Nope I was charged for both trips and my efforts to contact them by email have failed. Don't use this service, you have been warned.

I have been using ATA for a couple of years.The rates to SFO are reasonable and the service is good.
The cars are comfortable and the drivers are all polite!
I definitely recommend them.

I feel terrible writing this review but my experience was unacceptable and others should be warned!

I called the night before to schedule a 4:20am pickup to the airport. The person I spoke with assured me the driver would be there at 4:20 am, and if he wasn't, that I should call him directly so he could contact the driver. For whatever reason, he did want share the driver's direct contact with me.

So, it's 4:20am and I am outside waiting, and, nothing. I call the guy at 4:25 to ask where the driver is, and he informs me he'll call me back after he checks with the driver how far away he is. He calls me back and says the driver is about 10-12 minutes away. Keep in mind it's 4:30 at this point (already ten minutes late!).

After informing him that this is unacceptable, I order an Uber and THANK GOD one was about five minutes away. I arrive to the airport shortly after 5am, and then I receive a call around 5:10am from a number I don't recognize. Guess who it is? It's the cab driver who finally arrived to my house to pick me up. Over 45 minutes late. I informed him i got another ride because he was late. I never heard back from the person I originally scheduled the ride with to make sure everything worked out. Obviously it did for me, but not for them.

Clearly, it doesn't take rocket science to figure out this is not how you run a business, but run a business into the ground. Especially as a taxi company that is specifically for the AIRPORT. Don't they know people are on a time crunch??

Called them eight hours in advance of my pick-up time to go Oakland Airport from my home in Oakland. When they were late, I called and was told that they would be there 40 mins after the agreed time. They told me that "It says on the site that you have to give us advance notice".
Apparently A) 8hrs is not enough notice, and B) that they won't call you when they already knew that they would be late. I had to take my own vehicle and will now pay for airport parking. The ID on the call was for an individual, not a business, so I don't know if this is a legitimate taxi company. Beware.

Used their service recently for OAK airport drop off. They're on time, reliable vehicle and courteous driver. Cheaper than if I had taken a cab. I will try them again for airport pick-up next time I travel.

Horrible taxi service wasn't even at the airport to pick us up. Claiming a refund but still hasn't followed through. DO NOT use this taxi they are a rip off!!!!

I made a reservation with ATA online and received a confirmation by email. When I called the company telling them I was at the airport and ready to be picked up the dispatcher informed me that I had not paid and therefore had no reservation. He said it wasn't possible that I had a written confirmation and their system has operated for five years. Basically his point was I was the problem not them. I ended up taking a cab that turned out to be 15% cheaper than the rate they quoted! Avoid ATA!
