My Viking stove went on the blink the day before Thanksgiving. I called Jesus at A-tech who was able to squeeze me in later that same day. Jesus called prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way and would be there as planned. He was very pleasant, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed to remedy. Additionally, he came with the parts in hand (it was the igniters) and charged us a very fair price. The door on the stove had not been hung straight probably since the last repair, so Jesus also adjusted the closing mechanism and fixed that problem as well for free. Nice guy, we would highly recommend them.

Fourteen years ago, Jesus first worked on my Maytag washer/dryer combo. The unit is now at least 25 years old, and thanks to Jesus it is still running. He's actually been out a few times since the original repair for other reasons, and each time he's been honest, knowledgeable, and priced very fair. He really knows his appliances.

Today he responded quickly to my request for service and showed up same-day. The dryer drive belt had finally gone, and he quickly retrieved the part and fixed the machine.

Jesus came right away and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

One of the rollers below the drum failed
causing a drum alignment issue and a gap that caused lint (and pocket change) to pile up over the electronics beneath the drum which could have caused a fire. Also caused the drum belt to fail.

This was obviously explained to me which is another reason to recommend Atech and Jesus.

Now, the darn thing runs like a top and won't need to be replaced anytime soon.

When our Kenmore washer started making funny sounds and refused to spin, we knew we were in trouble. We had called a few places who would take our call and then promise to call back (never did) or basically refused to come out to diagnose the issue and told us to just buy a new washer. When Jesus from Atech called back and listened to my issue, he immediately set up an appointment for the next day and diagnosed our issue after ruling out other sources. We ended up needing a new motor. When our part was delayed in arriving, Jesus updated us so that we could plan accordingly. He executed the repair with efficiency and skill and taught us how to properly maintain our machine. Not only was Jesus quick to respond by phone and text, he was very professional, courteous, and provided one of the top customer experiences I have had in years. To top it off, the repair was very reasonably priced. Thanks for bringing back our washer, Jesus. 10 out of 5 star experience.

Jesus came by to fix my washer. It was not a easy fix. But he was diligent and eventually, he put everything back together. There were no nuts or washers left behind. Washer is now working again for my tenants. He worked till 8pm. He's a very hard working guy and his prices are reasonable. I would definitely refer him to my friends because finding a capable and honest repairman is like looking for a unicorn.

Long overdue review: Jesus is fast, punctual, respectful, and effective. He has resolved multiple appliance issues at our home very well and quickly (often the same day I reach out). He's my first call when an appliance malfunctions. Highly recommended!

I have relied on Jesus for well over 10 years. His office or he answers the phone promptly and excellent service ensues from that moment on.
I've experienced same day, often less than one hour wait time to assess a problem with my washers, dryers, dishwashers, stibesand refrigerators.
Jesus knows all the parts vendors and how to work the order for quick turn around when ever possible. He is honest and right on with assessments that require a judgement call between fixing or buying a new model. His prices are very modest, and he couldn't be a nicer, more respectful and easygoing person. I have referred my friends to him, and I highly recommend him.

I sure wish I knew what this guys problem is, a true professional would have the decency to reply to any message. I suppose you get what you pay for. The sad part is that I've been a loyal customer of his for many years.
I posted this review in December of 2021. I am adding to my review as today, January 14, 2023 is the one year anniversary of our oven being successfully repaired by Eralux. Eralux is an excellent appliance repair company that I recommend.
Jesus told me in November of 2021 that he needed to find a helper to repair the oven. We were without an oven for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. I finally called Cherin's, a San Francisco appliance store for a repair recommendation. They suggested Eralux and they repaired the oven by simply replacing the igniter. Such a simple fix. My real issue is that during the months without an oven I left many voicemails and emails with Jesus praying that he would respond. Ironically he returned my call the same day the oven was repaired by Eralux. And we have not had an issue with the oven since the work done by Eralux. Atech Appliance/Jesus is a scam; I agree with the other reviewers. He was attentive, courteous, and punctual the 1st visit. I had a range that had problems with the igniter on one of the burners. He looked at the range, said he needed to order a part to fix it, took my deposit, and never heard from him again. The 1st time I called to follow up he said he would call me back as he was with a client. He never called back. I called about 6 more times, left a voice messages each time, he never picked up nor did he ever return a single one of my messages. I paid in cash to help a small business, jokes on me. Took my money and ran. If I had charged it at least I could've put a claim in with the credit card company.
