Attic Pros

We needed a rodent inspection ASAP for a home closing. I found Attic Pros here on Yelp and asked for a free estimate. Within 30 minutes, I got the callback and scheduled the inspection for the next day. Tom was able to inspection it and show photos of "the rat bathrooms". Great, this was starting to roll along! Three days later (our choice) the technician arrived right on time, explained what he would, did it, verified it and provided photos of the clean up. Equally i.portsnt, he was thorough in blocking up every little hole in the attic and roof vents where those critters got it.
Today's inspection shows there are no critters up there, traps unsprung, bait in place.

I'm so relieved that Tom was able to get this work done for us on our sadly tight schedule.

Update - the estimator texted me (I didn't think I had his number as he didn't give me a card) and asked why I gave him a bad review. I said I never got his quote and the issues listed below in my review vs other vendors. He said he sent the quote right after he left, however, the lack of the quote ended up being a typo in my email, which was just a mistake. He immediately sent me the quote. I said I would review the quote and adjust my review accordingly.

The quote did have the options separated so I could choose which I wanted and they did indeed quote the walls (at the very end of the quote). The quote cleared up some of my concerns, and he should have left it at that, and I might have bumped up his review more, however, he continued to complain via text and sent me many many messages before I could even review the quote. I asked him to stop several times. I said he should respond to my review on Yelp, or have his boss contact me, but to please stop texting me. I finally blocked his messages as I found it disconcerting.

I was looking to insulate older outside walls to two bedrooms, which were never remodeled, and I could measure the wall and air next to it as very cold in the winter. Attic Pros responded to my inquiry quickly and came out to have a look.

Their estimator came over and barely looked at the walls, then said let me check the attic and subfloor. He said he would do an estimate with me live, and for the next hour told me insulating walls wouldn't help, (even though two other insulation vendors said it would and provided quotes) and what I needed was to have all of my attic installation replaced and the subfloor insulated and sealed for the best results. He found some droppings but I said I replaced the roof and they sealed off areas that were found then, but this all seemed like a sales pitch, to get maximum dollars out of me, and their quote for all the services was very high for all the services was thousands of dollars (over $10K for everything he said we should do).

In the end, he didn't even quote the wall insulation but said he would in an email..he was just too focused on driving the high-dollar projects he wanted to sell.

The worst thing is he never even mailed me the quote, just left me blank paper chicken scratches with $1000's of dollar pricing for different things. So he wasted my time, tried to sell me stuff I didn't ask for, and didn't even price what I wanted.

Also, He didn't even use a thermal camera or anything to tell if the insulation was any good (other vendors did, and said there was not much heat loss from the attic, but some batts were flipped up and just needed to be flipped down), he spent about 1 min in the attic with a few pictures and 1 min in the crawl space.

Other vendors who used a thermal camera for heat loss said the insulation in the attic was adequate and just needed to be cleaned up, flattened down as some of the batts were flipped up and the walls could be insulated with blown-in insulation easily and provided a reasonable quote (sub $2k for this and flatting attic insulation)

We are extremely pleased with the professionalism of Samim and the excellent service Melisio with his crew provided. Attic Pros performs work that is grueling. They have such a great attitude and cleaned up everything.

There are companies out there that I stay away from. Attic Pros, on the other hand is so up front and honest. Huge props for Samim! He is an excellent listener and follows through. I knew I was sold when he prepared an immaculate estimate within minutes. Wow! His inspection was pretty spot on. I'm hoping Attic Pros can accommodate us for a future smaller job. Thanks guys!

I had them replace 2 solar attic fans that were no longer working. They handled the purchasing of the quiet cool solar attic fans and delivered them to my house. I think they were installed fine, but during the replacement the installer dropped a hammer through the attic and it smashed into a recessed light in my house. He did replace it, but I have dirty hand prints all over the ceiling, what looks to be a drill hole next to the light and the light itself is hanging about 1/2 inch off the sheet rock. By the time he replaced it, it was late and I had to pickup my kids and was too frustrated to complain. It just seemed like careless work to replace it. I will have to have someone else repair and clean up the work.

We had a rodent issue in our garage attic and wanted this fixed ASAP! We called attic pro and they quickly scheduled an inspector the next day and they were able to start the job the day after. An amazing job completed by Moncada, Diego and Gorge. Not only did they get the job completed immediately they were extremely professional and very thorough with their work. They were able to get the full job completed within one day! The assisted with old insulation removal, new insulation added, cleaning and disinfecting of attic and rodent control. 10/10 would refer them to get the job done, thank you to this crew for everything!

Had requested service to clean out crawl space and install vapor barrier.

- Paper contract was never given, or signed on.
- Work was adequate, just did what was specified which is ok. I will have to monitor if there are issues later.
- Left some damages to the work staging area in the front of the house; busted plants, irrigation system leaks. I was not notified of anything and found an unwelcome surprise after they completed. This is common in the trades, and would not be concern if they informed me. However, efforts were made to hide some damages which really breaks my trust in them.
- Decontamination substance they used was either too strong or over-applied. There are a ton of aggravating fumes inside and around the house causing headaches and dizziness.

Can't say I have any confidence left for a recommendation.

I was dealing with some serious rodent problems, so I called attic pros to schedule an inspection to help solve the issue at hand. Tom was the technician who arrived, and he did a marvelous job! He was very kind, and gave me a competitive offer for rodent proofing where was needed. I recommend you Call attic pros for proper solutions to real problems.

Took a chance and it worked out. Normally will work on my own projects like this, but the environment was a little too toxic for an at-home project from the rotted insulation. Quote was fair for the work. Inspector was punctual and a good communicator, shout out Tom. Crew came out on time, wrapped up early, and cleaned up well afterwards. Would recommend.

Our experience with Rabi, who did the estimate, and Mellisio and the team who worked a hard day to remove and replace attic insulation and seal up the rodent entrances was excellent. We also want to acknowledge Noe, who came the next day to install an attic fan. Everyone was professional, friendly and completed all work as specified on the estimate.

I've had the pleasure of utilizing Attic Pros' services not once, but twice now, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. A few years ago, they tackled a project in my primary residence, and recently, I called upon them again for another property.
Nadim and Kamal, the project manager, did a great job for the replacement of my air duct. Communication was clear; the level of professionalism and efficiency are great. They also provide rodent-proofing measures and warranty.
