We've had the pleasure of utilizing Pro Attic Restoration in the past and definitely plan on working with them in the future for any projects that may come up. They provided us with the following services: full attic clean up, air and crack/hole sealing, insulation replacement, ventilation services and air duct sealing. We would recommend Pro Attic Restoration 100% as we had a rodent issue in which we needed expert advice and assistance in cleaning out the attic, sealing up access points as well as other issues (rodents are very destructive).

I interviewed 3 of the top rated insulation companies in the South Bay and decided to go with Pro Attic Restoration because they were the most detail oriented and competent of the 3. Miguel from their team is a genuinely good person who wants to ensure they do the job well.
I have kids who are chemically sensitive so I was looking for a non toxic insulation solution. Pro Attic did a wonderful job replacing old fiberglass insulation (toxic) with hempwool in my attic. They minimized the fiberglass getting into our living space as they removed it (by using special air pressure machines). And the hempwool itself was so gentle that my kids could be around it without any health reaction to it (in contrast fiberglass requires a hazmat suit to be around). Additionally they did NOT use spray foam (which again has toxic chemicals in it) and instead used alternatives that were very safe. The result? Great insulation and my kids don't have any of their previous sneezing issues anymore! It amazes me how insulation can have an impact on indoor air quality. Thank you again to Miguel and Pro Attic Restoration for helping our kids.

We recently had David's team rodent-proof our home and install new insulation in the attic. Their professionalism and patience throughout the multi-step process were impressive. They were thorough in their work, ensuring every detail was taken care of. To guarantee that no rodents remained, they set traps and made multiple return visits to ensure the area was clear before installing insulation material. Additionally, they effectively coordinated with the roofer to sequence the order of work, ensuring a smooth workflow while both projects were underway.

They went above and beyond by assisting with cleaning and insulating a return-air space and installing a new filter. David himself even made two return visits to ensure everything was in perfect order.

Their pricing was reasonable considering the high quality of work and materials used for the project. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with David's team and their exceptional service.

I have used Pro Attic for 2 houses now. I found them to be very professional and reasonably priced. I had them take out/replace the old insulation and ductwork on both houses. And I had them replace the HVAC on my house. The old heater was gas. They capped it and replaced it with a heat pump. It is working great! Passed the HERS test on the first try! I would highly recommend.

Raymond gave us a great deal for attic and crawl space clean up. Installation of new insulation. The team did an excellent work! (all in 1 day).

I can't recommend these guys enough. I recently had them rodent proof my home and I found them to be very professional, knowledgable, responsive and thorough. I have a large 3 story home and they diligently went through my attic, crawl space, roof and all of the surrounding soffits to identify any entry areas and seal them.

They also placed traps down and have followed up twice in the past few weeks to make sure that everything is ok. I am extremely happy with the service they have provided and will definitely be using them again in the future.

David has helped me to investigate a moisture issue in my attic. He thoroughly evaluated the issue. He asked clarifying questions and fully understood the problem.

David recommended best options to mediate the issue and prevent it getting worse. He shared pros and cons for the possible options and recommended most practical and reasonable ways to address the issue. He proposed a clear plan and estimated the cost.

Pro Attic just installed a new AC and furnace at my house and they were great! Miguel came out to inspect the unit and determine what was best for our house. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I got the quote a couple days after that (which was cheaper than everyone else) and David and his team were out installing the system a few days later. They were very nice to deal with and David's team did a great job installing the system and making sure our house was spotless when they were done.
