Auto Logic

Once again, Auto Logic saved the day. My car was making strange noises and I was worried about it. Gave Auto Logic a call on a Tuesday night at 5:45 p.m. and told them that my car was making weird noises and that I wanted to have it towed early in the morning. Joe & Ken (from G8) said they'd be there pretty late and I could have it towed that night. Got the car towed, and the next morning at 8:15 a.m., I got a call saying my car was ready! Turns out they fixed a cracked exhaust pipe and cost of repairs would only be $40! Can't beat that! I *heart* this place! Thanks, Joe & Ken...you guys are the best and always make my day when you give me the price quote every time I bring in my car!

i got really lucky on a same day appointment on a wednesday afternoon! ken was very nice, explained things very clearly, was very straight to the point and "passed the vibe check".
usually since im female presenting a lot of the male auto repair places try to get the most money out of me and think i don't know sh*t-- but ken was real with me and i felt like i can trust him with all of my car needs.

took my car in for an oil change, check the tire pressure light, and breaks and all is well! got an estimate to possibly change the break pads and such later in the year.

This review is overdue. Our cars had smog check done on weekends here. I had my 10 years old Volvo X60 4 door all wheel drive performed the oil change, break/pads, and battery.
Ryan who is the person receiving calls and basically working with clients is the nicest person with great customer service. He is the best! Ken the owner is very much hands on person and very nice! The person on weekends on smog check is very nice too! The technicians here are longterm person and know what their doing! They have not disspointed me yet. I will keep on returning to this place for best service, quality of work, and $value or amount! Five star for this place. Keep it up!

Auto Logic has been doing the maintenance on our vehicles for years. Their work is good and their prices are reasonable. They won't upsell like so many other places do. We have one vehicle that doesn't get driven much. We faithfully took it for an annual service. They checked it out, even checked the quality of the oil, and told us we didn't need service....saved us money!

More recently, they put new tires on one of our vehicles. It road-tested fine around their neighborhood. When we took it on the freeway, something wasn't right. It turned out that the tires had a factory defect. Auto Logic ordered new ones and replaced them at no cost to us.

They're good honest people.

To find an honest mechanic is priceless in my opinion. I am so thankful to have found a trustworthy mechanic close to home that offers top notch work at a fair price. Thank you, Auto Logic! This is an auto shop that will give you great repair and over and above car service. Complete brake job, perfect, checked the fluids, the lights, the turn signals, the tire pressure, and looked the car over for any signs of leaks. Some shops do the one thing. Not this shop. Not the most expensive, not the cheapest, but right in the sweet spot to get the very best service. A keeper!

They always check the overall condition of my car when I get a oil change. I put a lot of miles on my car and they always have it running like a champ.

Whenever I have car issues or go on a buying spree for truck parts that I have no idea install, Auto Logic comes through time after time.

Most recently I picked up a new set of wheels and tires. When I picked them up from the buyer, I forgot to bring straps so they were rolling around my truck bed. Luckily auto logic was only a 2 miles always, and just so happened they were able to slot me in on the spot.

Initially the quoted me a higher price because of all the sensors and calibration (something I never even thought about before buying the wheels/tires). What I love is that they are amazing at explaining the 'WHY' behind their work in ways that a person like me who knows next to nothing about cars can understand. They were able to install the tires and I was back on the road in less than 2hrs.

Best part, the calibration and sensors didn't require extra work, so my final paying price was nearly a $100 less than the quoted price! It's the honesty and transparency that keeps me coming back. Even though my car has a Manufactures warranty, i always prefer coming here because it's that know/like/trust aspect that's hard to find.

My ML350's battery keeps getting discharged when I don't drive it for a day. I have take it at the Mercedes Benz shop and also at the Juniperro Serra authorize shop- I spent too much and they didn't even fixed the problem- they keep saying it's my battery. The JS shop even told me they fixed everything only the second time because I took it back. THEY ONLY WANTED MY CASH.
I went to Auto logic- so professional and the price is very reasonable and the best part- they fixed the issue of my battery draining rapidly! They even checked everything in my car to make sure it is in good running condition! will take my car to this shop from now on. Excellent and honest staff!

I did not go for service to my vehicle. However, if their detail to customer service is any indication of their work, top tier.
